I don't really understand what you mean "all over the place". Pretty much every ship is good at a specific thing and extremely bad at others. Incomparable has massive guns and low concealment but pretty much everything else is horrible, so pretty typical. It's normal for a ship with 508mm guns to have another stat completely massacred like its armor/HP or range.

It depends what you mean by freakish, but I think the ship isn't all that great aside from the massive guns. It has only 6 of them, some of the lowest range if not the lowest of all tier 10 BBs, no reliable secondaries, very weak armor, and over 1.1km turning radius. It makes up for all of those things with big guns and good concealment, which is why I agree that it will be a hard ship to play, but definitely not overpowered.

It's not a sniping BB, it has 17km base range and weak armor so it's not a brawler too. It also has only 6 guns so you have to make those shots count, long range shots might not result in anything.
