Curently grinding the italian cruisers, I have the Trento and soon the Zara, I have 3 points and thinking about using them on the skill above. should i get it or something else before? currently have -grease the gear -priority target -consumable enhancement

my best ships are Rank 5 and i'm starting to accumulate a lot of coal. idk what ship i should get first, thinking a DD like the french Aigle? should I save up by getting more resource crates or focus on something else? Thanks in advance
