I would just add inconsistency on your list of problems. I don't like the combo "we give you many guns but trash accuracy". The classic example I give is that I prefer the FDG over the Pommern.

But with SAP you miss those devastating salvos. With Lepanto I often do 30k salvos with AP, can't say I can do the same with SAP. The only situation where I use SAP (when I can afford to change ammo, even with -50% it's like waiting for years) is against light cruisers overpen bullsh*t machines.
