I mean they can be available for money, but they should be available to buy for only those who have played 100 battles in their tier ten ship they grinded and same for other tier. You can only by the ships if you have reached that tier with your current grind. -

I mean Flambass is not that bad. He does know how to attract ppl, but he isn't that toxic and he doesn't stat shame and is respectful of ppl who are nice. And he actually does useful things like creating scenarios or historical battles and other good scenarios or try old ships, rather than trash at a company like Flamu does, who have already proven themselves as incompetent. Like atleast I want to try the German DDs, and I spoke what I felt about Flamu, and they tried to turn me into a meme which idc about, but also there is a guy who said "accept that your wrong or you will be a meme", like he is almost threatening me to confess that I am wrong when I clearly am not. Just shows how many followers are stupidly blind. -

I am already sensing this comment as another addition my collection.......I mean blame flolo post (which is literally the worst channel put out in a discord server in existence). I mostly agree with you, but Flamu is mostly right (when he is wrong his followers pretend they never heard it, or try to defend him like a lawyer protecting his client). I am trying the German DDs period, I am just too fond of German ships so here I go back to my NA account, I will only use this existing account as a means to talk but that's besides the point. Point is, German DDs are incomplete. They need a heal, and more armor, as well as a bit of a Reload buff to be of any use. Also you forgot Carbine Carlito who is a great CC -

I meant 5% version of the skill but on DDs. Also torps are maybe used like 3 times in 5 battles in cruisers, so not worth any points

I actually had a smooth experience with the European DDs on my NA account. Loved the Visby. Oland is where i shred 70 planes from a Kaga with the biggest satisfaction in this game. Halland was a real fun time for me, and i actually got some Shima vibes as I played a Torp boat after so long -
Nah its ok. Its not like WG will do this. I just did it for the idea of experimentation. Would have a bit of fun talking about this. But its fine. Have a nice day :)

If other classes need a skill but some other class has that skill, its best not to make that skill at all. And maybe not 15%, but 10% or 5% would be a nice bonus for European and German DDs. Dazzle should be there on CA and DD classes and should actually work. And there is a reload buff skill which requires you to get close. And also who builds for torps on cruisers. I mean I see Mino torp builds but that's pretty much it.

I mean I did mention that any suggested nerfs to the line was requested soo yeah. But up to the Karl Galster is completely fine as they were bad for their tier (Edit-Karl Galster didn't exist in the game but I will post a Doc about that and if you suggest changes for Z-46 and Z-52 then I will include them as well). But Z-46 and Z-52 require some balance changes which I did request so feel free to leave suggestions. Coz I am completely happy and fine to take suggestions, coz putting this idea as well as taking answers from more experienced players is better in the long run.

Alright. Not bad. Except I am keeping it at 10.5 as this is a quote on quote hybrid line so torps have to be decent. But yeah, maybe keeping the German smoke is a good idea, but I will reduce the cooldown for all German DDs coz its too high for the current meta. And 5 seconds is noice, as you will have three playstyles then, a medium range torp boat with decent guns, a gun boat with decent torps, and a Balanced build which buffs both armarments. Also when the German DDs where introduced weren't they supposed to be the top candidate to fill the role as they could do both roles of gunboat and torpboat decently?? Just asking. You didn't say anything on the new line. Ik WG isn't doing this, its just my idea. What do you think of it?
