    I will definitely play the following ships. For T6. Bayern, Warspite, Mutsu, maybe PEF, T-61, Icarus, Farrugut, Shinonome, For T7. Gneisenau, Jervis, Sinop and Fiji, Myoko. Maybe Shiratsuyu For T8. Tirpitz/Bismarck, NC, Baltimore, Charles Martel, Atago and Eugen. For DDs Z-23, Akizuki, Kidd and HSF Harekaze OG. I could play Pyotr Bagration but I am not sure For T9, FDG, Musashi, Georgia, and Izumo, Riga, Saint Louis, Drake, Z-46 and ZF-6, Osyter-got-a-land, maybe Chung Mu and ofc Mogador and Kitakaze. For T10 Kremlin, C.C, Petro, Hindi, DM and Henri, and Z-52, Daring and Kleber. I'll mostly stick to T7 and a bit of T9. I love Gneisenau and another opportunity to shine in ranked with her, has finally come.

    Nope. A hybrid is a ship that has good guns and good torps and one doesn't outweigh the other. Eu torps outweigh the guns big time. The EU guns are there for self defense or to light a fire, or kill a low HP target. your low HP and number of guns combined with some trolly dispersion can't help you in winning gunfights. Smaland can coz he has more HP and friesland guns with a bit more oomph. And it has radar so it gets the first few salvos.
  3. Ig its back to my German BBs in Ranked. Never had that many team kills in that. Ig secs not doing damage to allies is good They should give the punishment in a warning system as a second warning. Like 50 hits, your first warning, 100 hits from the first time you hit the ally, second warning and all rewards are removed except for free, commander and base XP. Third warning, ban for two weeks or more depending on number of reports. How does that sound?

    SO like this build? I have a 21 point empty captain DD tree. SO this build is what I came up with for now. And I do have gearing leg mod. So will this build do? Like since FB is getting buffed

    It was called the P class, but was scrapped in favour of more Graf spees and the O class design but even that didn't happen coz Hitler's patience is as much as air in a jug filled completely with water

    An overall armor change proposal

    As a battleship, the main thing I wanna do, is tank for the team and bring big damage numbers that helps my team win, and also brings me a fair amount of credits. But many BBs share an issue that doesn't help them tank, and instead is one of the factors, that keeps even brawlers at the back. The infamous superstructure. When we angle your ship, we expect to either take 0 damage or very minimal damage. But we take massive 20K salvos from the front. In a GK, you can take 20K whether you are broadside or angled. Its kind of ridiculous, considering how tanky GK is. Even Kremlin takes 10-15K salvos from the front if the shots land in your superstructure and RNG hates you. This is becoz superstructures of BBs are so fat and massive, that they arm the shells and cause pin damage. Its kinda ridiculous, and the whole point of angling your ship goes out the window (well it doesn't entirely, you don't get citadelled when your angled unless you are in a glasscanon). So I suggest the following changes to make playing a BB much more comfortable. Here are the changes:- 1. The AP shots on superstructure can only deal 10% of their damage when they pin, and 5% when they over pin, for guns of a caliber of 300mm or higher. (Exception. Maybe Odin coz the guns are already bad enough) 2. At long ranges, overmatch is completely removed and only takes effect when you are within 15km of your target. 3. Superstructure saturates much faster than before (even more than french) 4. Regarding fires, they cannot be set on before 30 seconds have passed on the cooldown of damage control. Lets take Bayern and a Helena for eg. (Don't worry fuso captains, your ship is safe in my hands). Helena shoots 4 salvos at Bayern and sets a fire. Bayern uses the damage control to extinguish the fire. The damage control lasts 10 seconds. Once the consumable goes to cooldown, there is a 30 second immunity from fires, and once that has passed, BBs regain their original fire chance reduction and Helena gets back her fire chance on her guns. This should completely negate being instantly set on fire after your damage control is on cooldown. For Soviet BBs it is 20 seconds, since their damage control party is fast recharging. For dedicated snipers (Thunderer, Champagne, Slava, Florida, etc) no immunity is applied, as your strength is your guns, and you give up your survivability for that. This is all. I want to make armor much more efficient. And I also want to make players move closer to the enemy and make pushing much more viable, and also give a reason for players to push. There are flaws in these but its definitely a start and you guys can also add suggestions to mitigate the flaws as much as possible.

    That is if you take full torps, which is definitely not what you should take on a Gearing. Just out of curiosity, can you show your build. I'd like to try it out myself

    There is one more torp Line I would say you could go for. It doesn't have the fastest reload, but with good prediction and aim, you could do some massive damage. The Pan asians They have DW torps that can't only hit DDs. I'd suggest buffing your guns as they are essentially American guns with a slight bit more reload (max 1 second) a bit to fight them properly. They also have 5 smoke charges that last for 70 seconds and have 100 second cooldown that can be buffed. They are the closest to a British/ German smoke, coz German duration of smoke, American setting up time of smoke, and British like number of charges and lower than average cooldown of 100 secs compared to many smokes having 160 secs. They are really good smokes and highly underrated. Chung Mu is a very good DD With this build, I have good reload, good fire starting capabilities, fair torp reload and speed, better HP than Fletcher (coz I run Quan Rog as my Pan asian DD captain with improved SE with Lo yang as my premium captain trainer, and I have to say I love this build but I am getting ahead of myself here), and a fair amount of agility. You can run Radar Chung Mu, as I do in ranked at time. Then I only change the second slot mod to accommodate the radar duration mod. For pure Radar DD playstyle, you can run consumable enhancements and IFA instead of torp reload. You could run RL, but then you gotta make a fair few sacrifices.

    You didn't say anything on this "4. This could be the start of an entirely different class. Like thy could make a BC class and test it out with this premium, and give it in early access to players who grind one combat mission set for her. Then through multiple round like that, she could finally come out in her final state and be the first BC in WoW and lead to BC tech trees." But I srsly think this ship would be a pretty nice Dockyard or special ship. Maybe first T8 steel ship if good enough

    No that's a completely different idea I came up with. The tier 9 Agir but with old Agir secondaries with one or two secondary skills to back em up. Preferably like the CV secondary skills, where it buffs range and accuracy. But this concept is a very good candidate from a tier 8 supercruiser

    Commemorative Flags - can we just purchase them?

    Would be nice if they gave a slight credit bonus, or make the gun sounds a bit louder and such. For eg. Yamato flag which is coming can increase the main battery velocity by 5m/s and the sound a bit louder so that players around 8km can hear it
  14. Oh crap, I just noticed Ok they need to change that. Only after getting penalized, then you don't receive any credits and such. Maybe make it like football, where you get three warnings. First warning, nothing happens and gives you a chance to avoid. Second chance, you lose your credit earning. Third chance, you are banned to play Random, ranked battles for two weeks to one month depending upon the number of players who reported you. Any of the steps can be skipped, if 12 individual players reported you.

    hyuga, where you've been so long?

    Basically a Fuso, but more opportunities to get good salvos. I have some luck and mostly am top tier. I crush ppl with this ship. Yes overmatch is not possible, but you have Japanese HE, and RB plus expert loader helps you switch faster. Very good ship.

  19. ok BB maybe, no chance in a cruiser. But once you do realize that, you just gave the solution. Also I believe you don't get penalized for ramming, so just ram the guy and shove him out of the way And if there is a chance that the griefer will run into your torps, don't fire them. Continue using your guns. Also a french DD is fast but its not hyperspeed levels of fast. If he's 10km away for example, you can launch your torps without problem. And then convince all the players to report him. That's it Well if its the same number of hits as last time, then it should be around a hundred. So 7 salvos worth of shots to be fired at your ally to get penalized. That's just never gonna happen. Atleast the way I am preparing myself. Yes there are flaws, but I can work with them. And this is in 10.5. SO somethings can still change Like I said, you are getting warning then the ban. So a couple of stray shells won't get you banned. You are overthinking here. You can relax. If it is the same number as before, it completely fine. And only when you are penalized, you don't get your rewards, not when you are warned. So you aren't punishing the team or anything. Hope you now understand Overall, good step by WG. This was long overdue. The whole idea of friendly damage was baffling, but since its gone now, its all well.

    tbh The whole idea of auction is bad But execution isn't too bad I mean you don't just lose everything you spent if you aren't the highest bid. You get it all back. And if its something you want so bad, like Georgia for eg. then ppl can get it, providing WG even adds special ships to Auction I'd suggest lower starting bids like 10 million credits or 500 dubs (if you even want to ofc), or 50K Free XP, etc.
  21. If after a warning the player continues to violate the rules, they will receive a ban on participation in all types of battles, except Co-op, Clan and Training. So you get away with it once. So if you realize a guy is tryin to grief you, you can just leave the area, or not use your torps. And it takes quite a lot of effort to catch shells just like that.

    They have a short reach. And this line is a brawling cruiser line, kind of like Riga and Petro. Good armor, good guns, good AA, and heal even at tier 8. The CLs are mid to short range as well and their armor, for a CL atleast is good. And I see airstrike as an anti island camping tool since the bombs are slow af. I don't see anything cancerous or anything

    ST 0.10.5, new ships

    I think Repulse would be tier 6 and Admiral (basically the class where hood is from) is a tier 7. And if BCs are implemented, it'll be in the BB slot. That much is confirmed.
