I mean you can just change the new SIS skill so that it is active when you are unspotted and only deactivated when more than one ship is in your concealment range and those two ships have to be visible. If you are spotted by anything that isn't surface based, for eg. planes, then nothing happens. I see this as much more useful -

Well I currently have about 200 battles in that thing with a steady 57% (it will drop over time), and well, its another type of khaba. Albeit its very slow tho. I'd really want a heal and speed boost on this thing. But in itself, its not that bad. But why did they nerf the speed. 37.5 without speed boost was quite nice. Reload got a buff so maybe give its a heal? Plz. As for a Z-31 Let's be fair and re-classify it as a tugboat -

So you enjoying Z-31? And for that matter GJM and Felix. I can say that Z-31 is still trash (what's worse that it was nerfed hard before release), GJM is okish, Felix is good. Maybe Elbing is good. idk. But they didn't have to make two abomination of ships for Felix and GJM. Ig they don't have enough money -

OG vid is from panzerknacker Now I really thought this would be a good anti Island camping tool and wouldn't be stupid considering the bombs were slow. But apparently 10 seconds was too slow so they buffed it to 8. Don't really care about the range tbh but it was not needed. You can see the amount of damage these bombs can do with very little warning. And quadruple fires even ffs. Like this reminds me of pre CV rework Midway strikes. And these three strikes stacked. However there are ways we can improve these airstrikes. I kind of like the concept behind but this over execution and a half. So here is what I propose to WG to change these airstrikes. 1. Either make this a one strike weapon with a fairly long cooldown but with good strike potential if they are timed and placed right OR Make it like depth charges. You have three strikes. You can only attack with one strike at a time and I have seen the damage of one strike and its not that bad. It did like 6k to a moving BB like Repub. So once that strike is done, you have a 30 second cooldown before the next strike is available, and then another 30 seconds for the third strike. Then a long cooldown to charge all three. 2. These planes should either be very very slow OR Make them appear at 7 km min. So that AA can mitigate the attack a bit. 3. There should be a warning and siren going off to indicate that an Airstrike has been called upon you. Once the planes are called, there will be a white area which indicates to the player where the bombs will be dropped. 4. If you want to make the planes appear right on top of you, as is the case then a) that's dumb, b) Make it so that the bombs can be shot down by AA. I don't think this too stupid to not be implemented and considering these bombs are slow, some bombs can be shot by AA guns and it explode above the ship causing no damage to the ship. 5. Nerf the fire chance and alpha to 38% and 6800. Also the pin to 32mm. That should be enough Plz WG don't [edited]up this nation, coz some of us really wanted the dutch line at some point including myself, so don't disappoint us. You already kind of ruined the new German DDs, plz don't ruin these dutch cruisers. On that note, if this airstrike isn't successful you can remove it and give these ships good secondaries as a gimmick coz these are quote on quote close range cruisers. You can give the secs improved pin so that they can pin cruisers, and good accuracy and introduce some secondary skills for cruisers. Also nerf the concealment. -

Ok you want an OP DD. No wonder they released thunderer About T-61, yes its a strong ship and def worth the buy and its leaving next patch so get it and Z-39 which is another good DD T-61 has very good torp power with the reload, damage and speed, smoke + hydro combo, good guns, good stealth, decent maneuverability, and all round one of the best DDs tier for tier. My first DD that got me into DDs Her guns have good reload, with low HE alpha but 32mm pin and decent fire chance, and good armor piercing shells, with high alpha and decent penetration. Overall a very good investment for a good package that works when uptiered and in competitive. The perfect hybrid DD

True but there are like ten planes per squad. So one would think that having a lot of it shot down would help balance the ridiculous strike potential. -

Like the idea isn't bad, but holy crap the execution was overdone 100 fold Hopefully they look at this thread, look at the changes I proposed, maybe some other proposals guys put out and finally decide a good change that makes them balanced. I don't want them to remove their hard work. I want them, to perfect it -
What kind of a solution is that? Let's make DDs available to play at 3am Let's make BBs available to play at 4am Lets make CAs available to play at 5am Lets make thunderer available to play for thirty mins Jokes aside, that's the worst idea I heard. We all hate CVs, but its a class like the others. So don't give dumb solutions like that

I agree Also the MS skill needs to be given 55% to 60% dispersion buff to make even more sec ships. Plus some sec skills for cruisers. The T7 Germans also need hydro since this is the point from where the Germans evolved from dreadnoughts to fast and heavily armored BCs to fast BBs. The Hydro doesn't need to be 6km or anything special. It can be the bismarck hydro or a hydro which has 3km torp detect and 4.5km ship detect. the hydro torp combo isn't OP so its plausible to give them this.

Yeah I watched it Again its under testing so this could very well change But yeah its very powerful. Should be like depth charges, strike cooldown strike cooldown strike very long charge then same rotation. I posted a thread regarding some change proposals and the problems with the current iteration of the strike. -

Admiral Graf Spee should get tweak of its secondary guns range it it get downgrade to its secondary gun range after last skill rework

Graf Spee should get her sec range back plus some cruiser commander skills to boost her accuracy. Then a vertical dispersion buff and Graf spee will be back to glory. Its not much to ask for -

Oh crap you said it I might see a smolensk buff next patch (buff of range to 20, reload buffed to 2 seconds, ballistics are now controllable, where you can direct the shell to the enemy fully straight and zig over islands if necessary, and 1000m shell velocity. Also buff of torps to 25km, with 150 knots of speed, 56890 damage, and 0.3 detection range) Stalin approved -
