Well not really Its trash at kiting, the turrets have some weird angles. I checked the sectors and you can only fire three guns at the front quarter The planes seem alright. Saw Ise in action. Not particularly OP it seems. I thing maybe Dive bombers could be a nice weapon to have for Tone. To make it good against most ships it faces. Maybe not give it the most ridiculous fire chance (maybe 29%). As it seems, they aren't giving options for the Hybrids like HSF Harekaze. So DBs might be useful And the planes are under 3 minute cooldown. It looks fairly ok rn -

Its a what if and its interesting if they had gone this route Gameplay wise Kansas still sucks mothballs, Minnesota is ok, Vermont is pretty much the death star of World of warships if I have ever seen one. -

There is no reason to not play cruisers They bring utility to the team, and there are some that bring only damage like Henri or Goliath Also the standard cruiser that never used something like BoS or FP gained survivability. Like Zao. A new lighthouse build is now possible The AP focused cruisers gained a skill to benefit of of. Ultra CLs may have lost range, but they gained damage at the cost of no conceal. And if you play right, you can play around caps and islands and be a bully. Austin in this case has SAP, Smolensk has smoke (and has the russian flag if you know what I mean), and Colbert has improved maneuverability. I think only the SCs have gotten nerfed and the sec possible cruisers.

it tells me nothing They are just some bland numbers to this discussion of a tanking aspect of a ship. How well ppl can use it, is upto them.

Regarding hybrids they look interesting, but the planes in practice don't feel OP so maybe 15 sec reload is fine. Borodino: Ship is weak enough. Don't nerf it even more especially the guns. Remove the radar and give something else. Speed boost maybe, but plz not radar. Weimar: Lol, you gave this ship 5 secs, base and now she has 8 secs. 60% decrease. Shows how the devs are isolated from the playerbase and he game and have no idea on what they are doing. How does player stats tell me what makes a ship tanky like French saturation or HP? And where did I mention feelings? If anything I mentioned my experience

wtf do you mean? Its amazing on Hindi, Goliath and Zao. Even some DM builds can accommodate that Yes the detect hurts, but its a good skill

those stats don't mean much when talking about an aspect of a ship. Get that into that narrow brain of yours. Those stats don't represent jackshit on what we are talking about so those 'facts' don't mean anything here And ik the IJN torp rework was before 2017. I am very well aware of that. The 20km torps were the only torps that became obsolete, the rest of the torps were still very dangerous.

Agreed about DDs Cruiser lost survivability skills Me: *laughs in 60.3K HP Petro* Cruiser have a fair amount of variety tho BBs have only two builds Sec build Tank build Yes AA build is possible, but its very very costly imo. Best thing for BBs, reduce the the tank build to 10 points. ERS for one point, BoS for two, Repair specialist (+1 heal and Damacon and 10% duration increase) for three points, Fire prevention for four points. Then the remaining 11 points on specialization, aka AA build, Sec build, Standard build of conceal, sniper build (SiS and AP dmg), maneuverability build if those kind of skills which buff the maneuverability are introduced. Maybe overall for commanders, you get a special bonus for mastering 21 points, and you can maybe take an extra skill from other lines, or a predefined bonus choice is available (kinda like Blitz) crap like that would help the commander aspect of the game

Actually what you showed were player stats of the a server, so that is meaningless, so unless you have anything else to show, we're done here And I played back in 2017. I know how hard DDs countered a BB in the hands of the average player. Those were the days when Grozovoi, Z-52 and Gearing has the best DD AA, and the days when fast reloading torps were very competitive, and just over 6km conceal was amazing. Its definitely better as a BB fighting a DD than before.

I mean I get like 1 overpin per 2-3 pins from my experience of playing German DDs in general. I think the width of the ship matters as well -

well I have gotten many pins from German 128s on DDs his more has to do with the width of the ship as well, and the angle at which the shell hits not just raw thresholds -

BBs don't have hydro, and the ones that do are shitty in size and shitty in torp protection. It doesn't effect anyone, it helps a BBs a bit in mitigating the torp dmg.
