That extra heal, extra dama con and +20% dispersion increase are very good coz you activate it pretty much every game when you are low HP and it can save your life so much

The rench sec builds have been butchered to the ground so no Georgia sec build works in ranked, but no longer in randoms. Coz it has GK sec disp now, and while that isn't bad, the secs itself gun wise are crap so you only rely on fires and damaging DDs.

There is a certain project of destroyers that I would love to see in the game at some point. The Type 1945 destroyer. I wanted this ship as the tier ten in the German tech tree, but ig that ain't happening. So let's make it a good DD available for steel. We don't have a single German ship for steel. Also as of current, we don't have a destroyer for steel (that's why I think druid will be for steel). SO this ship could be good for steel. For this case Z-60 is my selected here, but the guys here in the forums can select a better name. So the concept of this DD is to be an all purpose AP focused destroyer with some unique quirks. So she has quite good AP with good penetration, very good alpha, and good AP angles. Her HE has the German 32mm but has a very low fire chance in turn for higher alpha. Her guns are quite good. She also has a good firing range and fair ballistics. However, she doesn’t get smoke and engine boost. She does however get Defensive fire similar to the one found on American destroyers to boost her already decent AA defenses. And in compensation for smoke, she gets a Repair party to boost her already meaty HP pool. Her torpedoes hit fairly hard, have decent range and are very fast. This should allow her to fight enemy BBs and heavy cruisers. She can adapt to a fair amount of situations and assist friendly DDs for the fight for caps. German destroyer Z-60, Tier X Hit points – 21,850. Plating - 19 mm. Main battery - 4x2 128 mm. Firing range - 12.85 km. Maximum HE shell damage – 1,700. Chance to cause fire – 5%. HE initial velocity - 830 m/s. Maximum AP shell damage - 3150. AP initial velocity - 850 m/s. Reload time - 4.5 s. 180 degree turn time - 15.0 s. Maximum dispersion - 110 m. Sigma – 2.00. Wdym, high alpha HE and high fire chance minus the quater pin. That's dangerous to face when you have other things to deal with in randoms. But yeah, removing it ain't the solution -

SO you want BBs to be utterly dumpstered by DDs? And the low caliber BBs to completely suck against any standard BBs. BB HE was never bad for the game, over usage of it was. Might as well remove AP from DDs then. Switching ammo types is a good thing for a player to do, as he is rewarded with better damage vs situation than other ammo. So removing that dynamic will turn it into a boring game. There are certain ships with HE shells that should be nerfed, like fire chance. But that's what is needed, not the complete removal. Fires did that crap, not the direct damage. Removing fires from BB HE in particular is better than removing HE completely. Or making the fire reduction chance higher will be a start. But plz don't remove HE shells And this is a good solution. HE already gets saturated, but not fires. So adding that part to fires would be a good thing. Wrong. AP has a short fuse which means it dumpsters cruisers as way less overpens and more chance of cit -

I believe what I see, what I do, and what I have done And from my experience, German CVs have a lot of influence in a battle They can put enemies in a bad spot, they can punish ppl hard if they are in a bad position, and do real CV work like spotting, and can hunt DDs equally effectively with its torps. Just coz its different doesn't mean its worse. And anything they do, British CVs do better? What world do you live in bud? Audacious is called the Flying conq for a reason you know? It farms big damage, but has no big impact on a Battle, just like conqueror (the irony of a ship with that name). If you want versatility, go Midway, if you want influence go German. That's how the meta is nowadays. Ofc Haku if you want a lil bit of both, and damage with those ninja torp drops. But that's how the CVs are. Just coz it gives you a headache, doesn't mean its a bad weapon. Its different than conventional but very effective. Its a very good weapon against DDs, so I can 100% recommend it to others. It might not work for you, doesn't mean it doesn't work for others. And there is no such thing as wasting weapons. Its bad luck or your own fault if it doesn't work, but that weapon may have a chance to damage your enemy. SO there is no 'waste' here. -

Yes But the DBs are best used against SCs and BBs Torps are best used against DDs Rockets are best used against cruisers Like all these weapons can be countered but then with proper tactics, you can bait ships into bad positions with these weapons. That's the influence an MvR has on a ship and what makes her, and the German CV line, a great CV line in general and a great CV. I mean, I honestly don't think they are OP as one might perceive them to be, but they are very powerful. Coz on the receiving end, I shot down the planes, before they got their second drop off, and you can counter the armaments with good positioning, and good timing. -
I was in a Gneisenau with these things attacking me, and I shot down the whole squad before they got their attack run off Although tbf, Gneisenau has some of the best AA defenses at her tier so I'll give you that.

I can work with fragile I am a professional smolensk player Jokes aside, you don't need armor tbh Support your team from afar and use islands. You actually do have some armor. 30mm bounces 16 inch AP. Was that possible before the IFHE rework? Also now you get a good SE skill. So standard cruiser survivability has increased quite a lot. Higher tier ultra cruisers have benefited from many skills as well. Its the SCs that have been nerfed. It would be nice to have some sec skills, that help AGir and Siegfried and upcoming Napoli.
