Ise has kongo firepower. It needs its planes for dmg. It can't do dmg alone with planes, it needs the guns for that as well. A balanced dynamic here Here Kargsage has tier ten levels of fire power. Good conceal. Good speed. And all of that with Tiny tim rocket planes. Like without planes, the ship would be good. Unlike Ise. That's what made Ise interesting. This is literally like the dutch cruisers. Good ships topped up with planes. Oh it has FDG HP btw. Try calling this balanced without a thousand slaps to your face. Kearsage is by no means interesting. What made Ise interesting is it having junk firepower but planes and using them simultaneously brings big dmg numbers. This is literally a Montana with Planes. Yes I did play with the Tiny Tims and yes with a steady hand you can dmg all classes. They hit DDs fairly hard and have enough pin to pin even Petro armor and Kremlin deck. Not to mention their good alpha strike and good fire chance. All that on top of what is essentially in practise, is a BB with Tier 10 fire power

Ise was good and balanced tho. It had weak firepower for its tier, but planes compensate that albeit there is only one squad. But simultaneously switching between them brought you ahead in a fight. That's what made it good yet balanced. This American hybrid is beyond me

Kearsage: The entire idea of a hybrid is gone in this particular one. Its a better minnesota with planes. Full feelings in General discussion thread Rochester: Looks spicy. Would love to see a div of Baltimore, Rochester and Wichita. Having one less consumable will make things a bit tougher so conservation skills have to be the best for this cruiser's potential to be unlocked. Better AA is always nice. Slightly less HP and reload tho. 3 second worse rudder for better conceal. I am interested. Carnot: Looks pretty ok. Not the most interested but its ok ig. Depend on her HP. Was in a Mogador one game There was a guy asking me to smoke him up. I told him, I don't have smoke He then said I had it but was too selfish to give to a teammate. I was trying to rush down a DD late game, and I was asking the CV to spot him via "I need Intelligence Data" The guy said this, "This game needs intelligent ppl unlike yourself who doesn't realise that I am in a french DD so I can OUTSPOT and outrun him" This guy was 9th on leader board with 870 base XP and 3 planes kills, while I was in the second place with 3 kills, 10 planes kills, and a fair few awards like Devastating strike (killed a GK with only 6 torps and its hilarious). So can someone suggest me a response for this assclown? Coz I do have him in port chat atm

You know I had a match where I was in a farragut There was a Bayern on extremely low HP under focus fire. He's been asking for support all game. So I laid him a smoke and kept them lit. That Bayern finished at the top of the team (He did have 4 kills so ig he probably did well) Then in the in-game chat (chat in the port when you are privately talking to a player), he said that he reported me becoz me helping him, gave the enemy team an unfair advantage so he reported me This is what he said "Wow, the way you cheated really hurts. Ppl like you deserve to lose every single match coz you always give the enemy an unfair situation. Reported you dumbass. Next time play fair" Now am I the only one, or this guy should get himself a psychiatrist? That guy btw had only 100 battles, and 50% of them were in V-25 and he played like what 3 games in Bayern at the point of that match

I did mention the current meta is quite favourable in randoms. In ranked (from my experience) and CBs (as far as I know for ppl like SLM and PQ), there have been more cruisers of late. Their dmg numbers are very high. Idk why ppl keep saying cruisers have been nerfed
