At first? It was the RN CLs believe or not. I was a noob back then and didn't know how to play them. Got dev struck a lot. Now I love em. There are worse tho. US BBs was a line I grinded for last actually. First German, then Japanese, then french and finally US. In between, I grinded the british line. Took me 1 whole year to finally get to Montana. The ships were so squishy. NC felt bland a first, but once I got the hand of it, I enjoyed it. Iowa was my favourite, and when I got Monti, I wasn't disappointed. The Japanese DDs were also a struggle coz I thought I could gun boat other DDs.

Z-39 is a DD that is not a DD. More leans towards the new German line. But it has more versatility than Z-31 Its hands down one of the best DDs in its Tier if you know how to play her. Cossack is the best T8 DD in existence (maybe except Harekaze 1) It can cap contest, but it can't cap dominate like the Germans usually can.

One thing @YabbaCoe @MrConway @Crysantos Plz combine AA and sec builds. They are auxiliary armaments so I suggest buffing them

A few suggestions Let the T6 Alvise da Mosto (Navigatori class) be a Tier 8 Let the T7 Freccia (Freccia-class) be a Tier 6 Let the T8 Grecale (Maestrale-class) be a Tier 7 I feel like, due to the gunpower, the Navigatori should be a tier 8 compared to the tier 7 and the actual Tier 8. The torps don't seem to be that different. Also the T9 Soldati can be a T8 premium with some other gimmicks I propose this as the Tier 9 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comandanti_Medaglie_d'Oro-class_destroyer I feel like the sudden jump in caliber makes no sense from a line perspective doesn't make sense, especially if you are so far into the tech tree. So this Comandanti Medaglie d'Oro-class destroyer would make the jump a bit more sensible. In this case, I suggest for a fairly low reload. 5 or 4 second reload. History time:- The Comandanti Medaglie d'Oro class were a group of 20 destroyers ordered for the Regia Marina (Royal Italian Navy) during World War II. Nine had been laid down by the time of the Italian armistice in September 1943 and all but one of those ships which had not yet been laid down were cancelled. Of those that had been laid down, none had been launched by that time and all were subsequently scrapped. Successor to the Soldati class. Nice line :)

The entire CL line, T6, T7, T9 CAs, all the British DDs, QE, KGV/DoY, Vanguard say hello There is no hate for the british. They have their competitive ships, they have their bad ships. Its the germans they hate with mostly hsit but some good ships

Looked at the ships in battle Tone is nice. Cruiser with 8 203mm guns, very good stealth but mogami hull and we all know what that is. Can stealth launch torps and it has planes but catch his restoration takes a while so not OP. Druid is balanced but it is a pretty hefty investment for what druid offers, coz Elbing seems way better in the AP gunboating part, and rapid fire AP spam is done by another DD which is called Mino (yes its a cruiser, but to me its a DD with a cit) Druid has no torps, no HE, no AA and no back turrets and also some pretty meh conceal. We get some very good guns (I would have said amazing is it had HE), and british set of consumables. It dumpsters CLs and DDs but that's it. It would be worth like 100k Free XP, but 56K RP? Not worth it, coz Vampire exists and costs cheaper I believe.
