does that point matter? They are kinda crap at applying their DPM to other classes. Apart from the Japanese gunboat DDs and the German DDs. They balanced the German DDs in that way. Germans, while they do get the low DPM gets to use that DPM pretty effectively. They are still high risk - high reward. A DD caught is quite easy to kill unless you are a BB. I do feel like there is one point you are right. And well you wreck their mods quite a bit. BBs are kinda crap against DDs. Secondaries was pretty much their only defense. PT is hard to fit into builds now, coz there are other things you need.

no I am not crying. I just said what I do, when I get reported for playing CV. I counter report them. And why should I get reported? Not that I much care coz their reporting system sucks. The ship itself is pretty good I play it with this build This build does quite well. I take as much tankiness as I can fit. I take PT for the torp warning. I used to take GtG and BoS. Those work well too. I am trying this build, and it works well so far

Pommern has very limited overmatch potential I'd say FDG is a beast in ranked.
