I was hoping to see the 5 gun version of Z-31. But what they can do to make the experience more enjoyable is to reduce the gun reload buy quite a lot. 8 guns is way too much. Make it 6.5 seconds or something like that. Also give the Leberecht Maass torpedo damage and a 100 sec reload atleast. 25mm plating it has, is more of a trolly tool than a useful one. That's not becoz the 25mm armor is bad for a DD. Its becoz the coverage is kinda meh (GJM suffers from the same issue). On Elbing and Felix, its much more efficient coz it covers pretty much the entire hull and deck apart from the bow and stern. Although I did see Guepard lose to a Z-31 in a gunfight thnx to all the shatters, and the Z-31 knocking guns out with HE. I thought having the original German 150mm DD HE (one found on the Z-23 150s and the Gaede 150s, as well as Z-39 150s) on the Z-31 and GJM allowed you to use the HE, but eventually taught you to use the AP more. I saw these ships more like trainers for the T9 and T10. Oh well

Tried it on MvR. Its ok, especially if you tend to push in late game, and use the secondaries (if you ask why, answer is, its fun) This skill could be powerful on Nakhimov tho. We have to wait and see

Played 2 Haku games today 6.75 is still not too bad. And I mostly go for BBs with this tactic which whom usually have 5.8km AA range with no way to extend it. So I start the attack run at around 6.6 which is the torp range. Yes I am spotted, but he can't do anything, and when the drop is just about to end, I launch the torps. And BBs don't detect the torps at that range so they don't turn (atleast from what I have seen when I do it), and they eat the torps. Its pretty hilarious at times, especially when the guy cries in chat. Its still possible to do it, albeit this time you have a bit of warning, so good players avoid it. The potatoes tho.........

Marceau has the highest DPM on paper I believe, but Haru has CL HE pen so its effective DPM is better. So ig I can agree with you on that

I have the Odin I played it quite a bit before the commander rework. AFter the rework, played one game and never played it again. SO whatever I said is what I feel when I play this ship. And I do have pretty much all of the T8-10s (Have sold a few of the Tier 9 cruisers for the mid tiers since that's my sweet spot for fun in randoms). And I can tell you, there are better ships. But its nice to hear you enjoy it, so have fun The only dockyard ship I don't have is PR and Hizen (you know why I didn't bother with PR, Hizen looked strong, but I was away so I missed that coz Christmas wit family is way more important than a pixel game)

depends on the hybrids that is I chose my options based on Ise, which is Option 3, 6, 10 I feel like they are successful with Ise in all but one category which is divisions. You have pretty much have bad fire power, and only one squad with not the best planes. But as we all know (if you don't go back to school you nerd) - x - = + So if using both these weapons simultaneously, then you will come out of the fight on top. The cooldown is a reasonable 2 secs. This Hybrid is a success, can't say the same for Tone, but its not that bad, and well Kearsarge looks like a dumpster fire.

Mini cruiser??? Like Elbing? What is it best at apart from DD hunting (which now every new and shiny DD is doing) Coz Kita was fairly ok in maneuverability imo, which stats wise Haru looks just second to Elbing in TC.

Its the class that's at fault, not the ppl. 4. Blow outs happen due to many reasons. Not just oneself. And there was someone else in the forum comparing playing Cvs to carrying a gun irl. So sorry for that 5. 'Black lives matter' is different. Meaningless reports is not reporting the class, its reporting the player. Its like killing a white family and its relatives only and saying the white are suffering instead of the ppl in particular they killed (who may have not been discriminative of blacks). And well thought out and reasonable report is one which has meaning. Unlike the desperate reports that ppl do which you yourself marked as meaningless. And example can be, a person who is griefing or is toxic as hell in chat, or played so bad that its unbelievable. If I play badly and get reported, I deserve it, if I get reported for playing any class which is publicly available to the game, then that's stupid.

His rocket planes don't do anything anymore. And the CVs I am hunting are Hakus, or FDRs, or MvRs, etc. I am in mostly Daring, Elbing, Kleber, Khaba, Z-52. Haven't grinded the Haru yet, coz ppl are saying its kinda crap but idk, coz a 10 gun DD doesn't look crap to me so I do need a recommendation or small review for that

I actually don't even open fire when I am hunting the CV, unless I am at a range where there is no way my torps or guns would do nothing. About 8km CV turning circle is massive, so they turn in one way, you get close enough and spread the torps in the general vicinity and gunboat him to death. Not saying its easy, but its pretty effective.

They provide a different playstyle, not an advantage.

The guns are far from even decent. No overmatch, low alpha, not the most number of guns, low penetration, terrible HE, good reload, good turret traverse. The rest I would have agreed with, but secs have been nerfed to hell, and the secs were very inaccurate base. Good armour, but very very low HP (so it works in very short term engagements, but there are better ships), good speed but many ships have that kinda speed, yes it has torps, not like you'll get to use them all the time. Nice horn, absolutely. Good maneuverability, true. I would have loved this ship if it had the old secs which it has pre-rework, had the pre-nerf HP or some special repair party or only 3 fires base or etc, if the guns had a bit more penetration, and wither some decent HE or enhanced AP angles. It would be quite good against cruisers and DDs. Hell I would love this ship, if it had its previous HP, and gun reload, with the secs it got pre-rework. Oh well

she kinda is I'd have any other BB, even a champagne over this ship. She is very dangerous late game, but which ship isn't

Be nice You tend to overpen a lot more, than other BBs I am glad you are having fun with it But she is pretty trash tbh. There are way better ships in this game. She has good conceal, good armor, fast reload and torps, as well as good maneuverability. But she has bad guns, no overmatch, bad secondaries, bad HP (bad is an understatement), less torp range. Her superstructure is also quite farmable.

The irony Also answer this:- why did you remove earning flags from achievements? I can't remember anyone complaining about that aspect. Now, Achievements are pointless

Its still IJN The planes are paper, but are very fast. So you want to maneuver a lot with those planes to avoid flak. And with conceal, you get the planes conceal very low, which isn't quite possible on other nations. The torps are fast, have high damage, and have a 6km range, and a low pin point spread. You start your attack run, outside your conceal (with the proper upgrades and commander skills) and by the time you are spotted, you can already launch your torps and retreat. And if your prediction was good, those torps are guaranteed to hit. Here's a YT channel for CV guides. I mostly watch it coz I rarely play CVs (except the Germans, coz I like em), and playing other classes are more enjoyable, but to keep myself updated, I watch this guy's vids https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXOZ2gv_ZGomWNcQU8BBfdQ If you want torps that are very good against DDs, good against cruisers, okish against BBs, Germans are the way, coz their torps just don't miss with the proper aim, thnx to their spread drop and speed. They do have quite low dmg and flood chance tho. Ideally best against DDs.

RTS Cvs also gave up their planes for doing something. Just like we lose our HP for dealing dmg
