How did you come to this conclusion?

Last night it happened again, to a teammate in a Chkalov CV. (or whatever is the spelling) and again the guy had the presence of spirit to announce it. I told him to: 1. press Ctrl 2. click / right click on the minimap settings gears (a small menu appears) 3. click somewhere else to make that menu dissapear. ...and he confirmed the problem was solved.

Nope, I just noticed Autospy is back now, while writing my previous reply (I was checking Mod Station to be sure I name things the right way. :) So, tldr, the bug happened to me 2 days ago, only once, and I didn't change anything since.

I said was clicking on the screen without actually seeing where I click, LMB and RMB randomly, I also think I was clicking while pressing Ctrl, trying to get some kind of a "response" ... Just by chance I probably clicked one of the settings gears Might have been the one from the minimap which is always visible (iirc) or could have been the one from the chat window which appears only when pressing Ctrl (again, iirc). I just remember a small menu appeared, something like this one. ... but obviously not this one, as I was in battle. And I was quite desperate to regain control, no much time to contemplate. :) Then I just clicked next to it, it disappeared, and I had my control back. At that moment I was using the BattleFrame Minimap from the ModStation, as the AutoSpy one was unavailable.

I started that line directly with Leander (as I read about the Emerald and also saw some youtube replays, so I just fxp it), then played Fiji as well... then I stopped and directed my attention to other lines (including USN CL line up to Cleveland) ... Took me ages to accommodate with both of them (I mean Leander and Fiji), but in the end I learned how to put them in (some of their) valor. So, when time comes to return to RN CL line, would it be a good idea to play Edinburgh and then fxp straight to Mino? Regarding the Emerald in Ranked... c'mon, I really don't think Ranked is the place to experiment, as playing Emerald there is a liability for your team even if you know what you're doing. At least in my opinion. As I said, I didn't play her myself, but I met enough of them in Ranked to be able to make an idea.

Same for me, I was in Mogador. I was just being spotted by the red DD and I wanted to open fire, but it didn't work... So I just turned around and ran, while messaging my team mates about the bug (I knew about it, as I was reading on the forums already). Then I tried alt-tabbing, clicking randomly on the screen (resulting only in pinging the minimap), then -just by chance- I guess I right-clicked on a settings gear of something (probably of the minimap), a little menu appeard, I clicked next to it to close it, then the things came back to normal and I could return actively to the battle. Yesterday same thing happened to a teammate in a Nebraska and he announced it in the chat, I quickly told him about the settings gear trick and he also got his LMB control back.

Yes, exactly how it happened. I made no ticket, firstly because I somehow managed to regain control after 1 minute or so, and then forgot about it... And secondly, because I tought it could have been something on my side. So, until it happens again...

That's correct, but it applies (at least in my case) only for the first reset of your "career". Since then, I never had a x2 to reset at the end of a cicle, as I reset at the very beginning and then I have 3 months to grind the respective line again (Haru) until the next x2 knocks the door.

Actually I can't remember if we won or lost it. I should have the replay, but it would be a little difficult to search for it, as Overplay does not record the roosters anymore. :(

Not sure I understood correctly what you mean, but be aware, you only get 2x for one reset per 3 months cicle. The second one will be just 1x.

I got even worse. 2 CVs and 3 subs per side, but the red team also had 2x Nebraska !!!

Is there a place to see this number (how many SC you have already opened)? Or you just taly them in Excel?

I got the same on my PC. Though, they worked fine from my phone.

Given the coming switch of the FXP ships to coal, I'm wondering on which of them to spend some FXP. First, I'd take Groningen eyes closed, if she would still be Pan-EU, but the fact that now she sails under Nederland flag makes me reconsider. Hayate is too expensive, I better wait her to switch to coal, then she will cost probably like Black and Neustra... so with a coupon she will be more affordable. Therefore, now I'm looking to Agir or Azuma. Both have quite similar characteristics ... a little more for Azuma's main guns, a little more for Agir's secondaries, better (6km) hydro for Agir, but Azuma also has a spotter ... and so on... Eventually a big plus for Agir because of the torps. So, any particular well hidden reason for which I should get one rather than the other?

After DST change (last Saturday night) it came back to normal.

Ok, thank you all for your answers. I made an idea, so I'll discard Azuma and go for Agir. I was somehow inclined for it anyway but I wanted more pertinent opinions. And as I now have pilled up 2.7 mil fxp, I'll also get Groningen (even though I feel no attraction to Nederland fleet, I would much more have welcomed the Friesland)... leaving the rest for RB resets.

Is it only me or the sound when you destroy an enemy ship has changed with the update? Please bring back the old sound, WG!

They seem untouched. You mean different from before the update? They sound different to me at least, that's why I put the two short clips in post #5 ^^. If you don't "believe" then you might just overlooked them. I take your word for that, tbh I didn't notice any difference between different kills. Ever. Anyway, I'm extremely sure that, before the update, killing a DD (or any other ship type) was making that strong "bing" like in the first clip. Now, the sound is much softer, regardless of the victim. Many thanks!
