After logging in every day and collecting daily "rewards" I have noticed that my COAL has stopped being accumulated .. It has stopped at 89450 for the last 4 months . Looks like you have to pay to collect coal as something has clearly broken ( when was anything that WG has done to put anything right since it started ). I would say check your accounts and see if anyone elses has stopped working ..

Well . messaged a certain member of the forums .. As I thought .. not even a thank you for contacting us message or any sort of acknowledgement ... Jesus . Support is a fukkin joke .. How sad is that .. .. So glad I don't spend money on this game .. Just goes to prove that support etc is a joke and dealing with customers issues are the furthest from WarGambling's priorities .. In all honesty . I didn't expect much and It's just proven the fact ! ... Have fun people .. I'm back to playing Farcry 6 and Halo on my series X .. Hope you all have an awesome Holiday season and get what you wished for

I know you dont get coal every day .. I believe maybe 4 times a month ? I rarely frequent Forums .. Like I said before . There is enough crap ingame without having to come in here and see more of it . On a brighter side , I gave up spending money on WG's "games" .. So many broken mechanics and after noticing the "Freebies" not being awarded to accounts .. Just doesn't give me the rewards need to keep me interested in the game .. In all Honesty , It's a shame , but hey ho . each to there own . I was going to submit a ticket , but there is nothing on the actual menu that allows me to submit one

Yep .. I know it's not awarded everyday ,, just a few times ..... It just so happens it has also stopped accuring on the NA account as well .. It stopped at 101950

I actually came here to find out if anyone else had the same issue , then maybe people have not really noticed so no one else posted .. Support is as useful as tits on a Boar .. In all my 13 years playing WG , never seen them actually do anything .... Hell they still don't do anything about cheat programs . But I digress, thats a another quite different subject , that is best left alone

I had written down the amount I had at the time ... That is why my post about not recieving the coal that I had clicked on ..... Not happening on the NA account that I use .. I do the same on there .. get my "freebies" evryday and then exit game .. I wouldn't come in here and start posting false info .. I rarely read or frequent the forums ( Just too many Fanboys) and crap that just like to troll

Was it 5 months .. I was just guessing the amount of time .. anyway . it's irrelevant . The point is that the amount hasnt changed .. I log in . but dont play , just plain boring playerbase . Yep I do collect the "freebies" inc the prem time etc . I was looking to buy a ship . just using coal .. I decided to actually check to see how much more I needed , That is when I found out that the coal was not being credited to my account .... Because it's total crap on the EU Kiddie server , and I rarely play on it . Iike I said , was saving up coal and just looked on how much more i needed for the ship I wanted .... It was only today 12/12/2021 , that I noticed it had not been added to my amount I already have . Looks like Wargambling doesn't like people saving up to "buy" free ships
