i using steam on pc btw

no idea where to do this. finished all the missions, i carnt unlock.

any update on this for 2021, crashing loading into ship yard, and iam running the hisen missions, if i complete them do i still get ship even if cannot open yard? crash only started after the new year patch, will this old fix file still work?
