The brand-new pirate-themed Bane of the Seas permanent camouflage for North Carolina looks very nice. But, does anybody know, what are the effects of this camouflage? Maybe someone from Wargaming / WG can tell us? For example: What are the effects on: - the cost of ship's post-battle service. - the experience earned in the battle. - the Free experience earned in the battle. - the Commander experience earned in the battle. - the credits earned in the battle.
