    The ultimate problem with submarines is Wargaming is trying to shoe horn a lone wolf ship into an arcade style game and it's not going to work no matter what they do. If they actually implemented ships with the proper anti sub gear the subs would be dead almost straight away but if they make subs too tough then we have what we have now which doesn't work. The concept itself is not going to work no matter what. What subs would excel in is a 3 to 4 person operation mode where you hunt down ships in a pack.

    When you are on the receiving end there are no difference as you get wrecked equally from both. Doesn't matter if one may do slightly more damage when when both can surpass your HP.

    Both are equally broken. It's like saying which one will kill you worse if applied to the head a .50 cal or .45? You're dead either way.

    I want them removed from the game or put in their own game mode because Wargaming has been shown once again they do not posses the ability to implement them properly because the overall concept is flawed.

    Why are you doing your best to try and pretend the problem doesn't exist? BTW: I stopped playing subs after the first time. I don't want to contribute to the problem.

    This is a very good point made here. Why should we have to waste our premium time, not to mention camo and flags, on testing these things when we don't have choice? Put subs behind a different section.

    Submarine players have complete control and those that don't lack a real understanding of what they are capable of in the ship. A submarine has the ability to come up to you undetected and dev strike you with the only warning being those rocket pings and the torp train that is headed your way. Against CV planes all you have to do is stick close to two other ships and your combined AA will take them out. Also you know exactly where planes are but with a sub you always don't which has been proved by Flamu. CV's can also begin to run out of planes while a sub player with half a brain can keep his energy reserves going almost the entire game. You could say "well any ship in the hands of a good player" blah blah blah but with submarines you get game breaking results.

    The main problem with submarines and why they have more of an impact is the fact that when you have one who can't play it and another who can the team with the person who can has a significant advantage right from the start. No ship should have that power. At least with a CV someone who is terrible can still spot with their planes.

    The ultimate problem that you (WG) have created is a concept that does not work. You (WG) painted yourself into a corner with a concept that you (WG) will not abandon no matter how much evidence is thrown your way because of the investment. There are many movies and TV shows that were abandon because they just didn't work but unfortunately you (WG) would rather force them into the game than scrape it and accept the concept just didn't work. You (yourself) make (WG) look more and more incompetent the more you defend the indefensible. It creates a fear with regards to any future content that comes out. If you want to restore the faith with your customers sometimes it requires you (WG) to put your hands up and just admit you got it wrong.
