    I agree, situation seriously needs help and it isn't getting the assistance it needs from vital sources, the gov should have got on to this. Sad to see how this has gone but I really hope they pull through it even with the adversity and difficulties making this happen.

    Appreciate this build. Not had the chance to look into this in enough detail and still keen to brawl with some ships if I can. Keeping this to hand in the event I can figure some ships worth brawling in. I assume the Massachusetts and Georgia are going to be my best bet based on what I have read.

    Hope this is the case, going to be a struggle for newer players like me but given the way it is laid out, this will probably even out as you said. Just have to wait and see.
