Subs, you trying to make me uninstall?
Goldia_ replied to TheFlyingScot's topic in General Discussion
I'm not against WG trying something new. But setting aside the balance of SUB, Is it too easy for TierX ships to be picked up after a few games in co-op mode? On more than one occasion I've seen TierX rooms with players with less than 100 games in their accounts opening SUB without even understanding the mechanics of the game. This is an absolute disaster. Wargaming is ruining the experience for other players. -
I played in Euro almost two years, nearly 2,500 random have 55%winrate. This season rank I have 58% winrate, in golden league this number is 64%. I have CB experience in Storm league. Be good at destroyers and battleships, cruisers without the UK and the USA.(Goliath except) And now I'm looking for an Eu clan (English)with 3level steel port. Descord is ok, but my English is not very good. My date

Here's another question: why can hydrophones be used to catch torpedoes but not the noisier submarines?
-
You're right, but that's the problem. Against a submarine you have to have a lot of ships working together, but that's difficult to do in random combat. I don't know if you, as a submarine player, have ever tried platoons. When 2 submarines play in teams they are unstoppable. At the end of the game, it's often frustrating to lose a game because you can't handle a submarine. And that's a huge imbalance. Skilled players can win or lose in any other game, be it destroyers, cruisers, battleships or even aircraft carriers, in a one-on-one game due to the player's individual abilities, but skilled submarines can never lose. At the end of the day, submarines are not developed to improve the player experience, they just ruin the existing player experience. Wargaming is like this with all their recent new stuff, selling their new stuff as destroying the existing player experience. Perhaps their designers have run out of inspiration?wwwww

I can't believe someone thinks there's nothing wrong with the submarine. The most common reason why submarines have far more problems than CV,CV is their lack of interactivity. CV players can launch attacks from outside the vision, and even if they make a mistake, only a few planes will be lost, and the ship itself will not be affected in any way. Now the submarine mode does not even lose the plane-it is lit up and dives quickly, concealing even faster than the destroyer pulls smoke in place. This makes the submarine game completely risk-free, unless he is facing the other submarine. In the current model, it is impossible for any single ship to be anti-submarine, and this attempt will only cause them to be sunk by submarines. Depth bombs pose almost no threat to submarines, and the anti-submarine rockets of European destroyers are completely ignorant. I don't understand why WG is always trying to disrupt the player's gaming experience. Today's submarines are an example, which is neither fun nor historical nor real. In the 21st century, there are still no conventionally powered submarines in the world that can reach a speed of 30 water-saving, and WG has done so. The solution to this problem is very simple, that is to remove the submarine.
