I think that you need to explain many more things , like the lack of new maps , the excessive pumping of CV into the game which is transforming it in World of Warplanes , the silly matchmaking with 2 tiers or more difference and so on . And if you want to apologize we are all ears !

The real issue about matchmaking is not only the ship one but the player's one . Playing togehter with unexperienced and not motivated players brings down your winning rate dramatically , WG should take into account the final scoreboard in order to influence your winning rate and should divide players into different categories , most like the division we have in ranked battle between bronze , silver and gold . cheers
