My PC/Router crash regularly. Today I was unfairly given a penalty of 8 games as I had "left a game" and had been inactive! This was not planned, was not designed but just happened! I could do nothing about it except hurriedly try to get back online again. I have no idea how to complain about this treatment and feel really aggrieved by it. Come on WoW get real! Cut some slack! we all cant have the supercomputers that you obviously have. We still have to pay for the pleasure that the game gives.

Apparently, in one game I had been "reported"? No info on WHY or BY WHOM. I was also told that I had lost 2 "Karma Points"? Firstly, How many Karma points did I have before this and where can I see this total? Secondly, if I was reported for something, how do I find out the circumstances of the accuser's report and have a chance to redeem myself or at least defend any action that might have led to their reporting me! I feel aggrieved if this system of Karma points is in some way connected to some kind of advantage that can be given or taken away on a whim. What do they actually do or mean? Peter14353

Can anyone tell me how to set up my game so that all the ships are named/type etc. At the moment all i know is the designation DD CA BB CV?
