So I got Sanzang from container. Half the time I seem to wreck things with overpowered damage, the other half the planes die before they get in because everything is in a deathball halp. also why is this so fun

I think Hindenburg is a safe bet since it's kind of everything. And there's nothing exactly forcing you to go for the DPM max build of being seen from the moon, it has plenty of DPM to go by anyway. I wouldn't FXP anything to T10 though, not now when T10 is just about Thunderers spamming HE from range. FXP is pretty valuable. You could get something cool, like an Ägir!

Nobody ever shoots at the enemy DD. Heck, sometimes you play destroyer and wonder why nobody shoots at you despite all the vroom vroom sounds you have to listen to...

So sue me, but I love Shimakaze Often I see Shimakaze drive deep in a flank and accomplish nothing. I don't understand it. It's the easiest destroyer to play ever, stay between all the red things and all the green things and do stuff until the game is over.

Well I tried kurfurst without fire prevention and it's outrageously painful. Planes come in, get 4 fires before you see anything, planes aren't going away, get more fires.

My highly scientific tests suggest that manual control for secondary battery doesn't do anything. Just range skill and sec modules : Same hit rate, same ship.

I just noticed you can play clanbrawl with random people. Of course I did because I need the commander XP and can't play for most of these clan battle times. Some nice people from SUDFR had me. It was fun!

Late in the game when most of the team is dead and I'm killing off the pushing battleships, sort of kited close to a manfred but the torp planes flew into it only briefly. Perhaps my expectations are too high when it comes to, what's the wiki call it, Incredible anti-aircraft suite makes her highly resistant to aerial assault.

Yeah, the secondary battery skills are way too expensive for how garbage they are. Put them on like 1, 2 and 3 point slots for range, accuracy and reload respectively, much like how another memebuild (cruiser torps) is arranged.

After seeing a Tirpiz sniper division I-lining, I decided that anything above T5 is terrible and ruined forever. Much better.

Maximum secondary batteries Kurfürst hit ratio on another wurst and 2 cruisers There's a little bit of the non-targeted side shooting there, but not much as you know how the firing arcs on these things are, and it's mostly maximum range shooting like how you'd expect. Of course Zao and Venezia are probably the worst cruisers at killing a pushing Kurfürst, was it something like a Des Moines I'd just have died without doing anything. All in all, I think I'll leave the GK captain unspecced and see if I want to rather retrain him for the upcoming DD line. Or perhaps sell GK and buy back FdG for T9 matchmaking.

A nice zero damage from AP shells. I've often worried of bringing Iowa back turret to bear because the armor seems kinda flimsy, but apparently such worries are a thing of the past!
