I was jealous and didn't even post. Just got back to Khabarovsk grind (which I got done) and opened the garbo containers. Jealous no more.

No. Get FdG - which is mostly same hull as Pommern anyway - and grind it ASAP so you can get Kurfürst as special ship and then get Preussen, without spending any coal. If you decide, after playing a bunch of FdG, that you'd REALLY love to have it with 12 guns but worse accuracy (but with 6km torps) then you might have enough purely coal anyway to get Pommern. Win-win-win! If you're F2P and are looking for a credit earner right now and here, then idk. Maybe.

Yeah, well, I've resorted to torpedo sniping from beyond AA range. Sometimes 100k games, sometimes 20. Also love the slowplanes. Position closer and the enemy CV comes for me (or Submarine or whatever). Position far back and the gameplay is SO BORING. I don't think this line will become all too popular.

Pushing is difficult, risky and dependent on your team helping you. Every new release since... I started playing has been anti-pushing ships. Kiting away is easy, safe and all you need to pay attention to is enemy shots and broadsides.

Shoot HE from the back of the map and don't have the only useful function of cruisers, radar! Very different from Zao, HIV, Hindy, Goliath... It's your coal of course. I'd say just get the golden lemur instead so at least you get air strike.

Meh? Zao has 4x5 nippon lances to 12 km. Jinan seems to have 4x5 dwt to 13.5 Can you torp Thunderer with 13.5km? I don't play 20km shima only because it's funny you know.

If a DD just herpderps within the range of kriegsmarine technologies for too long I guarantee you that it won't live.

Maybe IJN split tho? There's more Soviet and KM lines now than IJN which was an actual navy...

Montana is quite fine though. No overmatch 30mm? Okay. Battleships don't get 30mm and neither do DD. Petro and Stali get soviet armor, Napoli I think has 60mm sides or something. Light cruisers usually have less than 30mm... And the rest still tend to have 27mm nose/stern. And lower tier ships have less armor usually too. Overmatching Hindenburg and some decks isn't the be-all end-all of things.

Not that excited, but get steel and get to play with clan. There's no variety in any class.

The problem isn't that you can have too many DD, it's that it's always better to be DD or BB than cruiser.

If anything I'd like for division size increased to 5 or at least have some permanent big div mode. Clan Battles are too infrequent and not the same thing as random battles anyway.
