    Wargaming doesn't care, so pick a platform live with it. Stupid design altogether, can't do cross platform when logging on, can do cross platform game play, go figure...

    Odin is decent until anything in the air comes close to you, AA is worse than many tier V DDs and not even exaggerating... But fun YOLO ship, not a replacement for Bismarck/Tirpitz though as they play completely differently.

    So you certainly improved the AI. So far I've tried Massachusetts, Jervis, and Vladivostok. Only ship that won't die in a literal fire within minutes is the Vlad. Angles don't matter, where they hit you don't matter, they do 100% pens regardless of what ship they are in, also they have crazy dispersion while you are stuck with the regular RNG that the game offers you. So only in those cases where they can't overmatch you, you might survive. Trying to run something like a Jervis is suicide, torps are absolute trash and if you are within that range any BB/Cruiser will insta smash you because they apparently never miss. You want people to stay 25km away and snipe like in random battles here too?

    Seriously, have you done any of the new Operations since they were updated? Your 10 year old stats mean nothing unless you have and you are just pulling arguments out of a hat for the sake of arguing. If you don't have "large enough data-set" why the hell do you even comment on stuff you have no clue about? Do the operations, use all ships available, tier VI-VIII, see if the pens are natural feeling for the ships that are shooting you vs the ship you are in with the angle you are at and then post some evidence as you are obviously an enthusiastic data collector. The penetration of AI shots in Aegis ( yeah I had to go google that as it's so unforgettable and broken ) are absolutely insane and the dispersion is ridiculous if you ever played the IJN ships you face, it's at a level where you wish you had 10% of that in real battles, again as you are that kind of person I don't mean real battles in real life, I mean Random battles/Ranked.     You are taking the "realistic" too literally, let me explain so literally everyone understands as you are one of those people... I want them to behave like ships/shells behave when other players shoot other players, clear? Because now they are not and it's OP specific, in others they will miss 90% of their shots even when you are sitting still, in other words too much RNG and too much in favor of the AI. And for the second part, have you actually played Hermes with any random team? You will literally lose 9/10, the one you win will only happen if you get extremely lucky with a perfect team comp, again too many things out of your control, the OP itself is probably the easiest in terms of OP knowledge and what to do ( W 95% of the map due to the timing ). The bot doing W all map doesn't help but in Hermes there are too many things that completely ruin it. Unfortunately it doesn't matter how many tutorials you want me to read, the things mentioned above will not change and me as a player have no control over it regardless of what I do.

    I want them to be realistic. Especially Hermes ( for other reasons than the ridiculous pens ) and the rescue op ( due to extremely unrealistic pen and dispersion from the AI ) are just plain broken. Advice doesn't help as when you do these with randoms, you have no power over the outcome of the operation, people get dev struck left and right and there's not much room to do anything differently.

    You push too soon = negative karma even if you save the win alone while 5 guys loses their ships while doing no damage. You snipe in a ship that's meant for sniping and you stay alive longer than other teammates = negative karma. Only way you get positive is when you play with a team that has actual team play or when you do some miraculous devastating strikes wiping out half the team. Also all subs deserve negative karma for choosing the ship.

    This is the problem with this community, maybe he got an answer and is satisified, people need medals for giving an answer? As an example, watching videos is great, but those are just highlights, rarely do you see streamers posting 5 games on YouTube where they lost or got dev struck, which you only see if you follow them on twitch. Only a few of the streamers are actually OK, PotatoQuality is pretty good as he actually post videos of him making mistakes, there are only 1-3 other streamers out of all of them that do the same. Watch their streams and every loss is blamed on bad players, if they match a division that can actually play they blame matchmaking for making sweaty games, welcome to online gaming. This forum is littered with people complaining about bad team mates, if it happens every single game, maybe they are not the only ones...

    How the F do points work?

    How the hell am in 3rd place? Myoko literally suicided, killing no one, ended up first without capping anything, just suicided and died... After 9th steam roll of the day I was happy being able to apply some damage, get F'ed by some random dude doing absolutely nothing except trying to throw the game away. WG giving away some style points or something?

    First and only time I played it, I chuckled and chat lighted up with all kinds of comments about the hard work that went into the map design. I too was in a Massachusetts, not a nice experience as you always get matched with higher tiers in it with huge range/dispersion advantage but it's the same as being in a destroyer in a double CV match, not much you can do.

    Games ending too quickly

    It will become slower, a lot slower around Tier VII-VIII. You will remember the good days of Tier V-VI where Kongos and such just rush in the battle like maniacs because you can hit anything unless you do. At Tier VIII it's a snooze fest for the first 10 minutes, unless you are in a destroyer.

    I just got this ship and I hate every freaking minute of playing it. There's something wrong with the aiming lock too, even when aiming high 90% of shells fall short, by a lot, not seen this in any other ship ( haven't tried that many though ). Less guns and what seems to be less accurate than Fuso and feels weaker when taking shots, I can't see how this is an upgrade in tier, same goes for all other Japanese ships I've "upgraded" to, well not so much cruisers as they are all made out of paper but still. Fuso was sluggish but a much more pleasant experience than this.

    As for any other new guy like myself, this picture tells me absolutely nothing about this player. As for playing higher tiers, the game pushes you into this direction as Wargaming needs to make $$$. Campaigns and missions are many times limited to VIII and higher so that naturally means players are trying to get there quick. Not to mention everything under Tier VI being absolute garbage and no fun to play with, with a few exceptions out of a ton of ships.
