Yes but if you grab a Tier 8 Premium Container, I have a chance of getting the ship i want, and i may end up getting a ship i don't want, so It may be cheaper yes, but i'm not 100% i'll what i want so whats the point? I only wanted Mass on sale.

I got both the tier 4 and 6 from the in game crates, There good but i have a lot to say about them: The AP rocket planes are hit & miss, they can really hurt a cruiser from a broadside but also do the same thing with no damage, You do very little to DDs and BBs, there angles for penetration needs to be visited imo, RNG seems to play a big part in it. The torpedoes bombers are good, nothing great but the fast torpedoes are good. Dive bombers i have no luck with and I also find that my hole squad is destroyed before i can even drop, I would maybe ask for an HP buff on them. I am no pro at CVs and I have not played the tier 8, which seems to be doing well in ranked but as for a CV line, I've done better in these 2 then the USN, IJN and RN CVs. That's just a brief over view from my games in them.

It's usable, but it does have the smoke and guns to make up for it, just remember that tier X Italian DD will only have 4km torps!

True, Torpedoes are good against BBs from what I've seen and although the AP rocket planes are hit or miss, they do wreck cruisers quite nicely but the dive bombers I've had no luck with.

Seeing that they only do 23 kts, why can't they have good secondaries like the Mass, for one we will have a Capt to use and it'll also change up the game play for the line and with it being slow, may help it get more of a fighting chance, was hoping the California was going to be a mini Mass. To me it would be a nice change, not sure what others have in mind.
