There are 'News Releases' when you log in. Don't you, at least, remove the little red dots that WG now litters our screens with? The News Release is the above 'title'. One can lead a dumb horse to water but the dumb horse might not drink it. . Reading is definitely overrated (for some ........).

Only 3 of the above Codes worked for me - the '1LETS...', the 'WE24...' & the '3GOOD..." ones. All containers with 5 flags.

I random the ship & tier I play via four lists of ships which I use. Hence, I will bounce around between the tiers.

I think, maybe, this is the rationale for 'roflstomps' - just shorten the battle time further to induce more product purchasing. It's stupid for the game, of course, but smart for the revenue stream.

Good post & Interesting. However, there are considerable problems with this 'as proposed at present tech tree'. The problems are; T1 - Mexican Gunboat from the 1930s that has atrociously slow speed & the Guns are weak? WG will have to fantasy beef this up. T2 - This proposal is ludicrous (if this is the ship correctly referenced) T3 - Bra 'Bahia' - looks good T4 - This proposal is even more ludicrous (if this is the ship correctly referenced) T5 - This proposal is ludicrous (if this is the ship correctly referenced) T6 - Arg 'La Argentina' - looks good T7 - Bra - the USA 'Brooklyn' light cruiser class - looks good T8 - Ven? 'Clemente' - way too modern (1950s) T9 - Arg 'Patagonia' a 1886 armoured Cruiser? (that's what came up when you google the name - utterly ludicrous - unless there is a WW2 Cruiser with that name) T10 - ??? 'America' What is this supposed to be? What nation? Sure, this Pan-American light Cruiser line is a 'work in progress'. It would be nice to get this line but not as proposed, at present. T3, T6 & T7, as proposed, are good. All the rest, imho, require alternate candidate ship proposals.

This looks really 'ORKY' - kind of the direction of WoWS these days. Wait, they have collaborated with GW already, haven't they? GW/WG - you see the mirror here?

All he does is increase his 'burnt poast' count. Keep ' burnt poasting'. Noun 'poast' meaning posting & boasting at the same time (& for no apparent reason but to increase a count), also 'burnt poast' as in 'burnt toast' (meaning 'overdone')

This works well for either a reworked CV or a Sub

I note that WG has included Argentinian & Colombian & now Chilean & Mexican commemorative flags. This is all well & good, however, where are their ships? At present, there are just three South American ships in the Wiki - the Almirante Abreu & Jurua (both promo Brazilian ships so 'unavailable'?) & the Neuve de Julio (Argentina) for 8.5K doubloons. No Chilean, no Colombian and no Mexican ships. The problem here is neither Colombia nor Mexico seem to have any ships from WW1 thru WW2 that are represented by anything in WoWS. Colombia had an 'ARC Caldas' in WW2 - some kind of light DD (at most). Mexico had an obscure ship, the ARM Anahuac ( a Cruiser?) Mexican ARM Anahuac, ex Brazilian Marechal Deodoro (1900), an 1890s design derived from the French Jaureguiberry. Chile, however, along with Argentina & Brazil had ships that have probable equivalents in WoWS. They had a 'naval armaments race' just after the introduction of the UK 'Dreadnought' modern warship development. These ships are; Argentina: Rivadavia class BB USA built 1910-1915, 22.5 Knts, 12/12" guns (305mm) Brazil: Minas Geraes class BB UK built, 21 Knts, 12/12" guns Chile: Almirante Latorre class BB UK built 1915, 22.5 Knts, 10/14" guns (355mm) This BB became HMS Canada during WW1 - here's the BB that Canadian players might like to see? in WoWS. Admittedly, all these South American BBs may be equivalents of T3 BBs (or T4, at best). Still, for the collector or history buff, these BBs, if offered in the game for doubloons, might be saleable WG items. As to Cruisers, I didn't examine that class. Perhaps there are candidate South American Cruisers (other than the Neuve de Julio)? Nor have I researched the potential South American DDs other than to mention ... Chile: had UK WW1 Faulkner class DDs (present at Battle of Jutland) - called the Almirante Lynch class DD so likely a T2 DD. My posting of this topic is to encourage discussion of what DDs, Cruisers & BBs from South America and their tiers could be offered for sale (via doubloons or events/missions) for collectors & naval history inspired players of WoWS.

Nice to see some South American warship love from WG, however, still awaiting the missing in action (MIA) Ita DD tech tree line.

TY, for your inclusion. I stand corrected, as it was real even tho not completed. Aragathor had already informed me of this fact, hence I may likely grind to the T6 Ger BC when it goes to free access.

picky, picky My interpretation of 'fantasy' includes any ship that was never built even if a blueprint/design was produced because they were never 'real'.

I refer to them as fantasy because that is exactly what they are even if blueprints/designs existed for them. Plus 'casemates' on the higher tier 'designs' matched versus WW2 type ships? Seriously? C'mon, get real.

FEI (for everyone's information) since I had to look it up in the WoWS BB Wiki - the Ger Battle Cruisers are; 3 Von Der Tann , 4 Moltke, 5 Derflinger, 6 Mackensen, 7 Prinz Heinrich, 8 Zeiten, 9 Prinz Rupprecht & 10 Schlieffen. Comments: Everyone of these BCs is a WW1 design or prior design. Talk about scrapping the bottom of a beer barrel in Germany somewhere I surmise that these BCs are 'fantasy' ships from T6 on If this is the case, I'm stopping at the T5 Derflinger, at least, it is 'historical' (ya, 'T5' , that tier)

Until & when WoWS rolls back all their alterations since & including the CV rework, my wallet will remain closed *. * except for a dedicated clan flag slot - I'd spend for 'that' (hint, hint)
