  1. Yes, kissforu8, this particular practically empty ship sailed from port long ago. At present, you have those who still need 'spoon feeding' asking, in chat, how they may obtain Subs .
  2. What are your personal favourite tier 8 to 10 ships & why? It would be interesting to see if there are favourite ship trends (or not). All comments are welcome. Well, not all. We don't need no negatives - make a new topic for 'that'.

    Wargaming Needs Our Help

Really? ....... C'mon, you're kidding ..... right? I'm sure the Soviets actually had 'ferries'. Stalinium CVs? ROFL. Weren't there, literally, stack & stacks of soviet aircraft carrier plane designs? So many could have been built but for the perfidious fascist attack on the Motherland. No problem Comrades, Wedgie will correct this travesty of history. Wedgie also found sekrit material 'stalinium' in the Soviet records, a material far superior to all decadent western technologies. Did I mention, Wedgie loves to give out 'atomic wedgies' (your butt 'will' feel it )

Warships in 2022. What do we think it will be like?

The writing is on the wall. The writing is in red. It's blood. There is a crime scene here. It was a domestic crime (at WG HQ). It was a self- inflicted wound. Was it fatal? Who knows? It's on life-support (aka walleting ).

    General CV related discussions.

Rails? Anyone seen the train rails, lately? I see a train wreck up ahead. & 'what's' with this 'sadism' side spur?

  7. 'Gwynblatt11' gave me a thumbs down . Yay! I must have said something right .

What are your personal favourite T8+ ships & why?

As I have gone up the tiers I have fewer ships in the higher tiers, however, I do have favourite ships; One most favourite; Hipper: My ship with my best Cpt & I like it. Powercrept now, I suppose, & has it's weaknesses but also some pluses. I call it the 'Wolfhound', as it can harass really really well, so long as it survives. Three honourable mentions; Monarch: For some reason, I get decent results (for me) with it. Shimikaze: My one T10 DD & I do like Ijn stealth & those long range torps (plus it's guns when useful). Montana: I don't mind the high tier US BB play.

What is your 'rarest' ship in WoWS?

White whale, Oooooo, you 'baaaad' boy , forking over all that filthy lucre to ... (you know who) that guy Mick Jagger sings about ..... ...
  10. These tiers, I don't have any clear favourite(s), perhaps, just ships I like playing more than others. I like; Gnevny: the run & gun style Shinonome: I did the campaign & so earned it Duca d"Aosta: for some reason I do OK with it (I think) Andrea Doria: for some reason I do OK with it (I think) although some don't like this BB at all. ARP Myokos (& Dragon clones): the camo is certainly colourful & the ship, itself, isn't that bad Devonshire: situational & a decent CA, imo ARP Kongos: camos are colourful & decent BB, if played properly

What is your 'rarest' ship in WoWS?

FYI - did you know, MacArthur92, that of all the WoWS ships, the only historical ship that the Indian Navy had during WW2 were three 'Black Swan' sister ships - so that's where I use my Indian ship camo .

What is your 'rarest' ship in WoWS?

I have just two of those &, although, I wouldn't have gone after all those impressive ships - I'm getting 'port envy' .

What is your 'rarest' ship in WoWS?

. I have all the ARP Myokos & the Nachi is special to me too but for a different (personal) reason.

What is your 'rarest' ship in WoWS?

Aww, Nov_A, sad to hear this. I play my Ark B with some regularity (when I random it to play that is). The extra equipment upgrade slots make it worth playing. As to seeing double T4 CV randoms - that does not happen that often, imo.

What is your 'rarest' ship in WoWS?

LOL, good one, wot_2016_gunner, thanks for the humour. I have the Oklahoma too & I had an extra 10 pt US Cpt languishing in reserve so it's now helmed & when it gets randomed it will sail out for a battle, once in a while .
  16. My favourite below tier 5 ships would include the V-25, the Emden, the St Louis, the Konig Albert, the Arkansas Beta, the Iwaki Alpha, the Clemson & the RTS CV Hosho. These are my favourite eight low tier ships. V-25: This little DD is just plain 'fun' to play Emden: I call this my 'Machine Gun Kelly' St Louis: Still a good choice for a T3 battle Konig Albert: Good at T3 Arkansas Beta: It deletes ships with 'effectiveness' (especially those pesky & unaware DDs) Iwaki Alpha: Surprisingly, effective against everything (although fragile) Clemson: This DD is fun to play Hosho (the RTS version): A CV from the times when CVs were 'challenging' to play. I used to say in battle chat, "My 'Ho' is ready to service all you sailor boys."

What is your 'rarest' ship in WoWS?

This is my original account for WoWS albeit I'm a refugee transfer account from NA server. I was lucky enough to get accepted into Alpha testing just before that ended. I made sure I played the required number of battles for the Alpha reward ship, I think it was 50 battles (no one knew, ofc, what it would be) but a free ship is a free ship. So my 'rarified' ship is the Iwaki Alpha (shown in a nice costume). Was I bright enough to obtain the Imperator Nickolai I or the Kamikaze R (amongst other hard to obtain ships)? , No.

    Intentionally ruining games

It has to be the money stream. No one would wreak their own creation as much as Wedgie has unless the money was still rolling in. The ones who give Wedgie money .
  19. I buy whatever signal flags and/or camo I require for coal and/or credits in the 'shop'. Normally, I buy specific signals/camos that give Cpt skill boosts as I run a dedicated Cpt on all my ships so require plenty of that exp. I would never spend real money for these items - not after what Wedgie has done to their own creation. Wedgie is like an evil Dr. Frankenstein (& it's creation is now an Undead Monstrosity) .

    Your favorite lines

It is not so much any favourite lines as it is some favourite ships. If I was to choose some favourite lines, I suppose, it would be Ger BBs & Cs (Cruisers) & Ijn DDs.
  21. As if this stopped or will stop anyone who wants to speed to T10 as fast as they can. Agreed, however, I'm sure it's cheaper now than it used to be to get to the higher tiers. The writing was on the wall way back in Alpha play & Beta play plus in very early official launch play - some players raced to T10 as fast as they could (under the old economy) and when these players got to T10, the real idiots whined they didn't have enough players to play against. Yes, this actually happened. Now, Wedgie has made it even easier, economically, to reach the higher tiers because Wedgie wants everyone playing the high tiers (Wedgie loves giving out 'atomic wedgies'). How anyone can whine about the cost of playing high tiers is farcial considering how easy it is to earn credits in this game. Perhaps, co-op play has difficulties. I don't know. I don't play kindergarten mode myself.
  22. I'm not sure he's a 'forumite' but Saturday the 26th, I divisioned with 'black3y3' & we managed to run off 10 Ws to just 1 L playing T6 & T7 random battles. This battle session was good .

why so many DD's allowed in rank

I'd say it's so Wedgie can make Ranked 'rank'. Plus the clever players will 'exploit' any loophole (it's called the players 'play testing' the game). Wedgie is infamous for never properly play testing their product.
