In every battle, at start, you are allowed to choose your shell type during the preliminary countdown. Try that, Cpt Jellyfishbrain .

Two battles where I, an average player, manage to top my team. It sure would be fair to see an actual truly random MM instead of one which blatantly cheats. As if the MM was so random to give me two idiot teams in a row where all eleven other players both times (that's 22 idiots) all manage to play worse than me (but not the other teams players). Oh sure, these two random battles were actually random. They were not. Only an MM that blatantly cheats could compile two battles where one player finishes top of the team twice in a row. Here's the proof ....

In your profile - you need to select random battles then the specific ship - it's all there for you to see (co-op, ranked, random, etc).

There is & it's one of the very first (in fact, the first major fantasy/medieval MMORPG before WoW). The game is EverQuest (EQ) & which is still in operation. It is F2P now (partially) for limited access but a Subscription for all access. One also needs to buy the newer Expansions to keep completely current (most Expansions are now included in the basic game). If you haven't tried it - you might do so . I've played EQ almost since it began (always somewhat behind the crest of the wave, lol). I have a Subscription to it - tho I'm not at the higher levels of play. However, I'm seriously considering getting back into EQ more fully as WoWS is becoming more a pile of sh*t with every update.

The Great Farce CV rework WRECK and pretty much everything WG has done since then. The first years of WoWS up to the CV rework were, in the main, good & I include RTS CV play in this opinion.

I thought you were referring to the latest news release about anti-submarine long range patrol aircraft, specifically, the Catalina & what was that Ru example? All to have more ant-submarine surveillance via more WoWP insertions (as if we didn't already have enough of 'that'). Ru long range flying boat planes? I guess that was another superior arm of the great Soviet Air Force that the decadent West never acknowledged how important that was to the WW2 war effort. Odd how Wedgie includes the 'Catalina' but cannot find any long range patrol aircraft from Ger, Ijn or UK but instead barfs out some Ru/Sov minor example.

Yes. some online games still use this model & players have to grind (for the most part) to get to high level play. This model barely ever (if ever) allows idiot play at high levels (unlike this now POS game).

If only this were true ... but I doubt enough are driven away.
