    [LAST CHANCE!] Black Friday Sales

Greetings Captains, I'm new to this game... Initially I was impressed, it was something new. Was ready to unleash some $$$ drops into this game, but once this Black Friday event hit.... I realised one very concerning fact: This utterly Immoral marketing deception... (I would argue that's borderline illegal) It should at least include an "*" mentioning the fact that you can't complete those missions with the "tools" included in the package. So we drop $240 and/or EU on this BF pack which includes the B ships and the chains of combat missions that one would think comes with it for the fair and logical reason of actually USING the SHIPS you just bought for the content provided in the pack with your purchase. BUT NO... It's a low IQ, potato "grab'n'run" mob mentality trick, usually present in stock exchange markets (the greedy, low customer retention type business models). So the only way to complete those missions is to spend EVEN MORE money and buy the useless copies of the ships you already have (just bought) to be able to do them. In my book, that's just lame and pathetic. Good thing I got a Graf Zeppelin B from the free premium BF container (noticed I can't do the mission) and after a quick google search realized that they did the same trick on the last Black Friday. Was pretty eye opening reason not to pull the trigger on the purchase (potentially not to throw any money at it) . Which is sad, because the game designers did a pretty good job of making a great game. ohh well... (another decent game into the bin) P.S. (for the management) I noticed you are looking for a "Change Director" ... Maybe you should hire me for the true "change" you need, to stand out from the run-of-the-mill fortune500+ companies who eventually sink from the overbearing weight of their doubloons (pun intended). And instead become an exceptional company who understands that they are in the entertainment business 1st and foremost. So their business model is to entertain customers in a way that they happily throw over $2400 in a long run. Instead of anyone with average IQ stopping at that one deceptive purchase, getting frustrated and bailing out. Or even worse getting a refund. Anyway... Good luck with your endeavours Regards, EA
