Apologising and carrying on doing the same thing is not an apology. You know I have to explain this to my children too some times, when you say you are sorry you have to change the thing you are doing or you are not really sorry.

So no apology for psychologically manipulating people into buying boosters, you know you create a problem then sell a solution that is what we call a snake oil salesman. No apology for falsely saying it would be free when like only 1% of the player base can actually achieve it without spending money. You're sorry the community didn't like being mislead, not sorry about the poor event or wanting people to spend 18 hours a day grinding for a month to try to get a ship....

I haven't even been able to play since the update yesterday because of login errors on Eu server then servers went down now I have "Game installed older than current server version" but there is no update to download ..... I lost 2 days progress so even if i wanted to no life and not see my wife and kids for a month I'd never be able to unlock that ship for free. Also notice the coal and steel rewards are from the last few reward pools on construction everything else is pretty mehhh in terms of rewards until then. Then factor in that you have to farm 75k free exp every 3 days for a month and if you're not in tier X ships good luck with that. Lets not even mention CV balance and how it effects new player retention.

New player here i average 650exp a game right now trying to grind to higher tiers ..... I have to play over a 1000 games in 3 days just to try to get close to that 75k exp in 3 days ...I have a family and kids I'm not going to sit around on a PC for 18 hours a day for 4 weeks. also since update haven't been able to play at all

"Installed Game version is older than server version" Yet I have nothing to update .....good job deploying the fix for this Now its 09:45 I have a 18.33GB hot fix ....wtf Now its 10:40 and i have a 30.57 GB download .....what is this my game was updated just yesterday
