I suffer from a serious  neurological illness called Dystonia which causes painful muscle spasms and I am a campaigner for greater awareness of how all disability's impact people's every day life and their mental health.  I believe a little kindness and compassion go a long way except when I have PMT than cross me and I will team kill you
