Ciao Capitano, Non hai potuto ottenere la missione perchè l'aggiornamento 0.9.9 non era ancora live durante lo stream americano. Oggi ci sarà però quello europeo, ricordati di guardare almeno 45 minuti, assicurtati che il tuo account sia collegato a Twitch e otterai sicuramente il drop 😉

Oh, sorry for the misunderstanding Captain. So, as my colleague already told you, you can get Research Points when you buy a phase of the shipyard and then you advance anyway through the directives of the event. You will unlock the access to the Research Bureau once you will receive the first Research Points. Please note that to complete the Anchorage you need to buy at least 2 phases, thus for those 2 phases you won't receive any Research Points even though you will complete the related directives.

Yes, I understand, not everybody is fluent in English. Here in the Eng part of the forum, though, we should all make an effort to speak English using the best of our capabilities, to allow the players to communicate clearly among themself. (And Google translator can be an efficient tool to use 😊)
