Hi Captain, If the mission wasn't credited to you yet, try to wait a bit. Unfortunately, sometimes the server doesn't synchronize automatically with the accounts. As Tricky_201 already suggested to you, you can try also to log out and then do the login again to the game or to unlink and link again your Amazon account. This is how the mission will show up on your client. 😊

Allora, se tutto va per il verso giusto dovrebbe essere rilasciato durante il Q1 del 2021. Ovviamente non è sicuro però, la situazione potrebbe cambiare in corso d'opera. 😊

Try to logout from the game and then log in again or unlink your account from Amazon and then link again. Hi Captain, Rember that, to obtain the rewards, you have to complete the mission that you claimed by joining the offer, first. Try to check your in-game Missions log to see if you have it there. If the mission wasn't credited to you yet, try to wait a bit. Sometimes the server doesn't synchronize automatically with the accounts. You can try also to log out and then do the login again to the game or to unlink and link again your Amazon account. Have you tried to repair the client and make a clean installation of the game? If this solution won't work, please open a ticket with our Customer Service, including a WGcheck.

Hi Captain, You might be using an old launcher, which is not supported anymore. Please use the WGC, and try to install the PT instance. If the problem continues also with the WGC, the issue could be caused by many other factors: your Firewall/Antivirus could be blocking the installation, try to put the WGC on their exception list, or temporarily disable them. The issue could also due to a corrupted WGC launcher, which has placed incorrect data for the download location,. Try to repair the client; if this doesn't work, try to do a clean installation.
