Comandanti, Vorremmo chiarire un’ulteriore situazione creatasi al riguardo dei Contenitori di Babbo Natale 2020. Alcuni di voi hanno ricevuto una risposta dall'Assistenza clienti, secondo la quale, fare il rollback del proprio account è sempre necessario, anche se si possiede ancora la merce ottenuta dai container. Si tratta di un errore, causato dal molto lavoro che abbiamo dovuto fare per avviare l'intero processo di compensazione; ci scusiamo per questo errore di comunicazione. Se avete ricevuto una risposta del genere, inviate un nuovo ticket all'Assistenza Clienti. Manderemo anche una notifica in merito a tutti i giocatori i cui ticket sono stati chiusi in questo modo; ci vorrà del tempo però, purtroppo. Tutti i ticket verranno risolti correttamente! Tuttavia, a causa della grande quantità di lavoro manuale, necessario con tali operazioni, i ticket potrebbero richiedere una settimana o più per essere completati. L'Assistenza Clienti vi offrirà un rollback e un rimborso (operazione che può essere elaborata rapidamente) o un ripristino e un rimborso manuali (questa operazione potrebbe richiedere del tempo per essere completata). Tenete presente che se alcune delle merci non sono più sul tuo account, possiamo elaborare il rimborso solo tramite un rollback dell'account, come comunicato in precedenza.
