Ciao Capitano, Gli incrociatori pesanti sono pensati per distinguersi per la loro corazza più pesante e i cannoni di grosso calibro. La loro debolezza sono per l'appunto gli incendi. Questo punto debole poteva essere bypassato dalle skills; quindi, per mantenere il loro meta bilanciato e permettere agli incrociatori leggeri di contrastarli efficaciamente, abbiamo deciso di non implemetare le Survabilty skills per quanto riguarda gli incrociatori.

Ciao Capitano, Lo Smolensk al momento non potrà aumentare la sua gettata tramite le skills. Controlleremo la sua efficenza in battaglia durante il rework delle skills dei Capitani; potremmo decidere di fare dei cambiamenti in corso al riguardo, se ritenuto necessario.
