For which mode? Training rooms or Randoms (when there's only CVs & subs left).

Is that just in Randoms though? Pretty sure I've seen him chillin' out in co-op.

Also given the fact that some torpedo bombers had to slow down IRL to avoid damaging the torpedo when it hit the water so they were even easier to target.

Elite commander No 7 thanks to the K117 camo on my Yamato. The co-op match that gave me the final XP was completely underwhelming for a big phat BB, 3x Marceau and a Khabarovsk on the team ran amok while the bots ran away. Only highlight was tagging the citadel of a Yoshino. But, I got there.

Really? Even though it was WG who screwed up the OPs account by badly auto-configuring all his commanders. I doubt anyone could come up with a better reason than someone else, ie the game's own developer, making the error. WG could have easily made this less painful, with zero risk to all sides. Don't auto-assign skills, but warn of unskilled commanders going into battle. Yes, tedious for players to manually configure. But they are in control, WG would be relatively blameless in this case. Don't time-gate the free resets but just make it a permanent feature that you can only use once. Game client would need to give a one-off notification when you login in case you weren't around for the news article so you know what's happened and what to do about it. Implement a support policy where inactive players that are returning get a free reset. Presumably there's a audit log showing the users login history that support can use to verify an inactive account coming back to life and not just someone trying to blag a free reset. All the OP was effectively asking for was for WG to fix their own mistake. Instead WG wanted him to pay for their mistake. No surprise he un-installed.

Seconded. After levelling up my Lutjens in T7 German premiums in Narai, I'm now concentrating finishing off promoting Yamamoto. It would have been nice for some IJN T6 & 7 armoury cruisers to have assisted in that. Though he's not far off, 35k to go before he's elite.

I thought I had detonated a full health Prinz Eugen with one HE shell from my Donsk. Turned out our GK had bitten out a 10k chunk a fraction of a second beforehand which brought it under the 75% health threshold. I see the splash effect ColPete refers fairly often - nearby HE shells incapacitate a module but cause no damage.

Until now I always assumed they'd gone pink for being AFK. But yeah, it really does take some doing. You seem to have to unload a full torp salvo into a low health team mate. Does the damage reflect back still?

Fair point, when you look at it from a spreadsheet perspective.

For the first time since team damage was removed I saw someone go pink tonight. It then happened in the very next match to a different player.

I dunno, commander skill rework has gotta be up there. ASW view can screw up the zoom setting too which is also annoying.

And I had switched from the Monty, that everyone was shooting at, and targeted the Charles Martel in an attempt to protect my soon-to-be accuser in the Benson. I then get the kill on the Monty *Furrowed Neanderthal brow* "wut? how did that happen?" *Looks at the notification* "Oh that's funny, burning something down in a ship whose main guns only fire AP and the secondaries are a decoration" *checks results screen to confirm cause of the kill* *go back to port and sees chat* "wut? hacks?" *spends next 5 mins laughing my @$$ off*

Apparently someone posted, on Twitter, a video of my Plymouth "cheating" in a co-op match. Can only think it was because I "stole a kill" by burning down a Montana ... with the 11 secondary hits.

Or a counter for each sprint. I thought that guy was busy over there ...

It would also be nice to have some indication on the BATTLE! button on the results screen at the end of a match too, tooltip or something. Been a few times, when I've been grinding a tech tree line, that I've gone into a match with a ship load of eco signals but no eco cammo as I had just used the last one.
