Problem is for having Youtube take action on hate speech and such, Youtube might not even do so, or have issues with Free Speech legislation (especially in the US) to make the shutdown stand. Problem I see it: - WG has in its EULA probably a clause somewhere that it does not want to be associated with all kinds of things like hate speech, player harassment, racism, etc. etc. - By playing the game with this attitude, the Youtuber does associate the game with the above mentioned. - Unless the Youtuber harasses other WoWs players IN GAME, WoWs actually cannot ban said player from the game (so that avenue is no option). - Youtube most likely will NOT shut down the account based on complaints about racism, hate speech, etc. etc. etc. , unless it crosses the legal limits as set in for instance the US (or Russia). - A DMCA complaint might actually be legally valid (since the YouTuber makes money using a product made by someone else) and perhaps even the only option without resorting to a protracted legal battle that (because of for instance US Free Speech legislation) actually might use.

Well, I have to say, I like the challenge, but is a fine line between getting close involved and NOT getting blapped, or trying to get close involved, get spotted and blapped before you have shot a single salvo. Especially in the higher tiers.

There are a few back-line snipers. But they are only an asset if the captain driving them is a consistently good shot at long range - and there are not too many of those around, especially among the more inexperienced players. And JB is not a sniping ship, though you can have the occasional long range sniping blap!

Although in many ways true, for many of us normal folk, we have to... I mean, I have only 13 14+ point captains across all nations and all lines... So my approach now: I try to get all captains in T5 or higher at a minimum of 10 points or above before I take them out into Randoms ( I have been reshuffling captains, so my FdG has a 21 point captain from the very start). So priority is to get those under 10 points up there. Captains with less than 10 points are first trained up to 10 points, and then retrained for their final ship.

Most would say: - Massachussets B - Brandenburg could be nice (have her, but have yet to play her) - Personally I like Pommern (but you can get her for coal, so start saving up - only consider paying for her if she is taken out of the game, and you cannot get enough coal in time). - Jean Bart B could be nice. She is fun, has decent guns (smallish caliber, like Pommern), secondaries can work, but are average, and located in the rear.

Yup - Backline sniper as a BB is useless (and frankly I cannot imagine having that as my dominant playstyle. As a back-line sniper you are completely useless, unless you are as good a shot in BB's as KOTS Finals weekend BB-players. And even those do not stay at 20km distance from target.

I am at the point where I get fire prevention over concealment expert (so swapping the moment I pick them - they are pretty much ALWAYS in my first 14 points).

The first 10 points on just about ANY BB build should include either Concealment Expert or Fire Prevention. Many would argue that the first 14 points should ALWAYS include Concealment Expert and Fire Prevention, and that only very specific builds (experienced users only, in general) could do without Concealment Expert.

Two things that baffle me: - NO Fire Prevention - NO Concealment With all the fire spam in the game, on BBs I actually spec Fire Prevention before CE.

Did some Ranked Potato Performance in Salem - I mean, like 300 Base XP in a win is embarrassing - but also had a nice 2000 Base XP game, assisting the Smolensk in our team. Thereafter played some Randoms. That was mêh. Only one nice game, in Kagero. Arguably my best Kagero game yet, trying to stall 3 enemy BBs, a cruiser and 2 DDs with limited close in back-up (one Cleveland from range, and the occasional BB).

Wnat kind of ship (BB) you like?

To be honest, looking at your stats: you are rushing up the tiers WAY too fast, and as a result lack the experience and skill to carry the teams consistently. For me: - Go into the game with realistic expectations about my own abilities. I basically do NOT expect myself to carry the team. My personal goal is to HELP the team win the caps and flanks, and go from there. - Go into the game with realistic and limited goals. - Try to make the best of it. - Quickly go over mistakes I made. Biggest difference maker for me: DO NOT RUSH UP THE TIERS TO FAST, AND PLAY ACROSS THE LINES What does that mean for me: - Play across many lines and classes (all but CV), play them to T5 before advancing (in Randoms). - Only move up one tier if you consistently do good on your team (for me, rank in the top 6 consistently, and regularly rank top 3, both in victory and defeat, and also when uptiered). - Learn to use the ship properly BEFORE trying to carry in any way. Since I took that approach, now well over a year ago, my stats have improved (and so has my performance), I usually have more fun. O yeah, and now, 1.5 years AFTER adopting the above-mentioned approach (before that I mostly played Co-op), I am about to get my first T10 Tech Tree ships mostly through grinding (GK, Khaba, Zao). Edit: And because of this approach I have been able to carry on occasion

I have only taken her out in Co-op to knock of snowflakes and the Black Friday missions; My first impressions, also based on facing her: - How well she does is highly dependent on the player driving her. - Has to tools to wreck other ships (guns, torpedoes), if used correctly. - Vulnerable when on her own or exposed, even to much lower tier ships (I have burned / torped down a full health Yoshino in my Mogami, kiting away, and found it surprisingly easy).

That might be me, though to be fair I also have the regular Yoshino already. Admittedly, I have only a few battles in T10 ships so far - two - as I am working my way up the tiers now (normal grind I am at T8, entering T9). And at least one of those 2 T10 games was by accident (forgot to change the Battle Button). I might drop myself into Ranked and Armsrace (though not with Yoshino) in the upcoming days and weeks.

@YabbaCoe @MrConway Unless I have had my head up my own behind (which does happen on occasion), it seems that unlike previous years there are no dedicated Black Friday Captains for the Black Friday ships (the ones in the leather coat, etc). What is the reason why? I personally liked them.

Do you have BOTH Alaska and Alaska B? If the answer is yes, then please post the screenshot of the mission. Because I cannot make sense of what you are writing above.

Regular Dunquerque, no coupon: 5500 doubloons Black Friday Dunquerque: 5200 doubloons. Summary: The Black Friday Dunquerque is cheaper than the regular priced Dunquerque in the armory, and you get additional stuff which could give you stuff worth doubloons (or which you cannot get anymore). So objectively, compared to the normal price, it is a good deal! For me: Strasbourg B + Grigio Azzuro Chiaro Perma Camo for Trento and some other stuff, no ships.

The Premium modifier is - according to the WoWs wiki 1.65 So if you run Premium, divide the Base XP number found in WoWs-numbers by 1.65, and you get the BaseXP maximum.
