I regret not buying, but selling ships :) When I started playing I had no idea about game economy, progress, and all currencies, I was just spending whatever I could - on containers, camos, FXP on progress, just to get new ships asap - and I was selling everything I could to get higher tier ships faster. Genova, Yubari, Tachibana, Smith, Charleston (my first premium ship :)) - all sold, and none of them I bought for money or dubs - got them from containers and events...

Chikuma... I'm in a process (in free time between grinds) to level WR of ships from lower tiers that I used to play to 50% (because why not :)). Chikuma is the only tier II that is under that. I had like 22% in her after few battles before I got Tenryu. So very painfully in a last 2 weeks I was bit by bit getting there, and yesterday I was on 48%, one more battle and I would be free... Today 4 defeats, 2 very close. I have a nice steady growth at the moment overall, but this ship is so frustrating it's unbelievable. I thought I will get rid of her finally, but that's not meant to be. I feel like we are bound together on a longer journey... :/

T-22 revisited :) Never understood why she is perceived as weak, I'd say she's at least decent :)

Not so appalling surely? Only 2 of them below 50%, 8 out of 9 quite decent damage for a destroyer? (sorry, I judge by my own capabilities). Anyway I would defo like to trial her, but this price... I can have Alaska and Friesland for it (I'm close to get my 1st ship for 1k, and I'm leaning towards Alaska).

I had a blast game in Nelson (by my standards of course, not everyday I get over 2k base XP). I had a very good teammates, supported me all the way. At some point it was my Nelson, cruiser and 2 DDs against 4 BBs, 2 cruisers and DD, and we pulled it off. Made up :)

After longish grind in Donskoy I managed to secure Moskva in the latest update. It's my first tier X ship, and I'd like to ask you gents and ladies what is the best built for her, and any tips that you could give me on how to play her? Thanks in advance for any help, appreciate it!

These 3 point skills are usually my headache, but on DDs as a default I do take SE. I have it on some cruisers I'm sure, in my early days I thought it is a good choice... We all learn with time :)

I don't dispute that, I'm sure you are right. Just saying that there might be a reason behind this or that decision made by a player, or genuinely lack of knowledge (my case is both :)). I hope there will be occasion to retrain captains for free soon, or on discount, I know so much more than I knew last time (IFHE rework)...

Class tip :) In my quiet humbleness of inexperienced player I will not voice my opinion on people who think others are idiots based on choice of single commander skill ;) As far as I remember it has SE because my captain was transfered from DD after IFHE rework :)

Forgive me my ignorance, but why not? :) I'm really curious, I thought few additional HPs are always useful. What is more beneficial on Russian cruisers?

I use Znamensky on my BB line, but he's only 12 pts for now, and I'm just on Pyotr Vielikij. But it looks very interesting :)

I did not run IFHE on Donskoi :) I have 18 point captain on Russian cruiser line, PT-EM-AR-SE-SE-DE-CE, and last point I intended to use for EL. I'm not sure if it's best built, but it was working quite good on Donskoi. What about upgrades? Which ones are the most beneficial for Moskva?

First battle in my new Tallin, only yesterday I completed last directive and managed to get her :) (with this horrible camo, good I can switch it off and retain bonuses...). I have to say I'm impressed, quality of AP is so obvious, I did not pen anything (good opponent, hardly any broadside shown), but very consistent damage even on angled BBs. And quite good fire starter to add to it. Not squishy at all, this Bismarck I sank was chasing me half a game, it did not end up well for him : )

That kind of captain? But seriously, sometimes it's not funny. I can relate to OP... I always suffer when I set myself a goal, like now grinding Moskva. Donskoi is ok, but I don't fancy long range spamming, too boring. I still have like 100k XP to go, but wherever I have a good streak and getting closer to 48% in her (my WR) I have days like this morning: In one of these games I did over 100k damage (for me an achievement), supporting, defending and game ended in landslide defeat anyway... In other 3 I was in the middle of the pack, but when you loose all caps in first mins and most of DDs and yoloing Georgia or Musahi you just know that it won't end up well. At least these were short, one ended in 6 mins. You would think players on tier IX are a bit better... My advise - just switch the game off and do something productive, or go to lower tiers (like I did yesterday, tiers 1 and 2, great fun - met a guy who had 17k battles in Hermelin :D). Have fun :)

Not over until it's over... Got into the game, can't get into Armory.

Sad one :) Battle lasted a bit over 6 mins, results: All survivors were from my side of the map, normal exchange of fire, we were melting FDG and 2 cruisers, Mogador eventually secured our only kill in suicide attack. It was our last destroyer... After first contact I could see our ships were going down one by one, it was like a mass yolo. So I just stayed at the distance and tried to farm some damage... I was so curious why we did so bad that I had a look at all players stats (apart from our Z-46 and their Ostergotland from top of the board - both hidden stats) and made some calculations. My teams average WR - 45,42% Our opponents WR - 49,53% Now, their team had only 4 players below 50%, and this FDG had 41% and lowered their average. My team - I was the best player by WR with 48%.... I had a guy with 41% after 22k battles, few others over 10k with WR ranging from 42 to 45%. I know it's only WR, but says a lot about condition of player base at higher tiers and how MM can punish you on occasion. But hey, it's only one game, brush it off and carry on :)

Seen her today, test I guess? Did not last long. But battle was one sided anyway. Good looks :)

True, but I'll take any improvement on German DDs, WG was not kind to them to say the least, it's nice to see change of heart.
