There are similarities in armament, but their gameplay is completely different from each other, so your statement about them being 'identical' is false. You might as well say that all DDs are identical. Nothing wrong with adding new historical ships to the game, you can always choose the one you like.

That is not correct, Huron and Haida are Canadian version of Tribal DDs, Cossack belongs to this group as well. JKN group is a different cup of tea.

I remember, I acquired Hayate at the same time as you, but I managed to get Smaland day before she's been taken off. That was one of the hardest grinds I did, I burned through all my dragon flags and rare camos. But back on topic - apart from Arkansas and Iwaki which I will never have, there are not that many that I missed, mostly because I started playing when they were already gone - Vampire, GC, Nikolai, Gremy, Kutuzov, Kronshtadt, Smolensk, Enterprise, Benham, Somers, Musashi and Kami sisters.

What are the ships? Maybe because they plan to implement them as separate nations?

Maybe because many already have these well balanced ships? ;) I'd add Atlantico to my list, the only dockyard ship that I don't have...

Somers and Benham the most, also any of Kami sisters, Gremy and old Vampire. The only DDs that are not available atm that I don't have. I wouldn't mind Musashi, Enterprise or Cesare :)

I don't want to sound patronizing here but you have 671 battles and you are racing up the tiers, and you clearly don't take time to get accustomated with line's flavour. When I started I really wanted Fiji as I read that it's bordering OP, guess what has happened I sucked in her very hard and abandoned the line. Only recently I started to play her again, and only moved to Edi when I felt comfortable enough. Give yourself more time, if you struggle with this particular line just go to lower tiers and spend more time with Leander, Fiji, Edinburgh. All advice already given by others applies, so I won't repeat it here. Good luck.

I had a go today, few battles, still have to practice but works better than standard build for me - SAP slaps very hard, and with relatively flat trajectory it is not a problem to hit red ships even at 16-19km. But this type of play require a lot of attention and good positioning, oh boy how red BBs want to score a hit! Thank you again for interesting suggestion And not to stay off topic - I think this is my record - in Venezia lighthouse build of course

Would you mind sharing your build? Is it only concealment for rudder, do you take Heavy SAP shells for your cap as well? I have little success in her so far in standard build (tbh did not play her that much), I would like to try something different.

La Argentina, nice 👍 But the line in general is a big dissapointment for me, there were so many real ships they could use, like Bahia, Belgrano, this Tre Kronor transferred to Chile... Even on low tiers they just added made up ships... Version of Navarra Spanish cruiser, yeah right, when Navarra premium in shop? Copy paste again... Btw I thought that panEU 2nd DD line will be first?

My last game of Ibuki grind, Zao here I come! (when I eventually buy her). After getting rid of Sherman I was quite comfortable in delaying red advance on my own kiting away. Few salvos and going dark, rinse and repeat. Not the most exiting tactic, but in these circumstances effective. The whole grind was quite painful, although I do like Ibuki - it's just saturation with super ships does no favours to tier IX, it's not comfortable tier to play anymore, particularly for cruisers... And that one is getting better in Podvoisky, quite a thing she is :) And last one with common tune over the weekends - can't carry dead wood la la la....

Please tell me you are not serious. How can you even compare Shira and Akizuki? The fact that they are in one branch tree does not mean that they are all gunboats, only Aki and following boats are gunboats. Speccing Shira or Yudachi for guns is a waste - they have slow reload and glacial turret traverse, any real gunboat will shred them to pieces whether they are specced for guns or not. Again - she's not a gunboat, and both have smoke (although Shira has to choose between this and RTB), I don't know what you're on about... Both Shira and Yudachi are tier VII, which means they meet tier VIII and IX quite often - there are plenty of radars in this MM bracket.

Nothing special for that ship I suppose, but it was my 2nd game in her and 1st one was a disaster, I overcommitted, got focused and died quickly. Bourgogne is my 2nd steel ship (the other is Ragnar), I was waiting for next DD, but when announcement came that Vallejo will be new steel ship I decided to go for Bourgogne, as she was often advertised on here as best and most fun steel ship. And she is fun

Blyska mentioned earlier is a good example, there are loads of ships that have mediocre or bad stats, but are not bad per se. Playing them you can really improve your PR (I assume we are talking about PR from WoWs Stats site). Example: Saying all that I do not think it's the best measure of your prowess in game to pump up your PR, some of really good players have low PR - a DD player that specialise in DD hunting will have low damage and therefore PR, but high WR. Nothing wrong with that. Best way is to just get better and it will give you confidence and consistence. And to have fun with ships you like. Gl hf.

I'm not Greek but I visited her when I was in Athens few years back... I was made up when Belfast fell out of the box one day, as I have seen her so many times in London. And my first premium was Blyska which I have visited many times and have a very fond memories of. I'd like to collect every ship that is still afloat in rl, but WG is not making it easy 😐

So, the first Greek ship is going to end up like Verdi and Dalian? Nope. Lovely camo, but for that price - nope again. I would love to have her, but this is way too expensive.

Very first game in Yueyang, full torpedo build with smoke (well, not yet - I have only 10 pt cap on her). Very good first impression, well rounded lolibote. I want to try - in time - full gun build as well with radar. It was closer than it looks by end screen, reds were ahead of us on points as they held the caps, and only at the end lost parity in ships. And a bit of cherry on top - torping Smolensk in smoke (twice in this battle) never gets old
