I'll just put my own opinion here some might like it some might not The new Captain rework in the PTS server in my opinion and also lot others players opinion made the battle ship builds so messy, made the long range snipe way too good and also encourages super passive game play, on the other hand made the brawler ships less effective and also secondary is pure garage there, having more range and ability to shoot all sides even with manual secondary wont work if you not hitting anything. Plus skill like the Armor pierce is a skill which almost no one will ever use. so I have thought of some changes let me know what you thing in a civil manner I'll just type the skills which I think needed changes. Greasing Gears Old - "Main Battery Traverse speed +20%" (2PTs) New- "Main Battery Traverse Time -22%, Enhanced -25%" (2PTs) (I think % on the traverse time will make the slower turret gain more buff like yamato than already very fast turrets like Kremlin) Armor Piercer (Battleship) Old - "Main Battery AP damage +5%, Flood Recovery time +30%, Fire Recovery time +30%" (3PTs) New- "Main Battery AP damage +6%, Main Battery Gun reload time +10% before any modifier applied" (4PTS) Dead Eye Old- "-10% to Main battery if no visible enemy inside base detectability range" (4PTs) New- "-7% to main battery if no visible enemy inside base detectability Range, Duration of increased Detectability after firing main battery gun +10 seconds" (4PTs) Secondary Battery Expert Old- "-35% Maximum secondary battery dispersion for the Priority Selected target. (4PTs) New- "-35% Maximum secondary battery dispersion for the Priority Selected target. (3PTs) Main Gun and Secondary Battery expert Old- "-10% reload for secondary battery gun, -10% Reload for Main battery gun when enemy gets detected inside secondary battery range" (4PTs) New- "-15% reload for secondary Battery gun, -10% Reload for Main battery gun when enemy gets detected inside secondary battery range" (4PTs) I also wanna add a module in this list Slot 6- Auxiliary Armaments Modification 2 Old- "Secondary battery reload time -20%, AA continuous and Flak damage +15%, +2 Explosions When Defensive Fire AA consumable is active" New- "Secondary battery reload time -15%, Secondary Battery Maximum Dispersion -30%, AA continuous and Flak damage +15%, +2 Explosions while Priority Sector Reinforce is active" (reason I changed the module is I wanted to make a thing call full secondary build, this module is not that impressive, you can use reload with secondary build from captain, but since the manual secondary got nerf i added that nerfed bonus here) Gimme your thoughts

    Suggestion about New BB cap skills in rework

    that was a typo, it wont increase the DPM but reduce it, i didnt added the word time there. and the 2nd one you mentioned isnt a skill, its a module which is carrying the nerfed value of the manual secondary in it, so in order to get good secondary you have to invest in this also and not get away with running a reload mod

    No the Bismarck is not weak just the players.

    Bismarck is fine ship and also tanky and after the buff the guns are much better in terms of accuracy but the main problem is pen angles. and not only in Bismarck but most of the German APs. where you can get good amount of penetration using other BBs but with Bismarck or other german 380s cannot pen even slightly angled ships cause of very bad pen value ta angles. The french has also 380 but they are very good pen values, you can kill cruisers much better with french 380 than German 380s. not to mention the AP dont pen angled BBs. the Main and the most problem German APs have is the pen angles. the HE is so bad in terms or Damage and there also the AP lacks pen angles that is the reason German BBs dont perform well in Average hand where other ships will do much better even if you are dont a very good players. also for example and Angled Alsaka bounces all of the Bismarcks 380s but when you fire with JB you get pens on many shells

    dont understand the GK at all

    I dont have any problem with GK armor. its my 1st tier 10. I enjoy playing it. but so many draw backs in current meta. 1st of all with the worst topedo protection? even some t5 has better protection than GK. 2nd even though GK is very nicely armored and when you are bow on you dont take much damage (except from Kremlin for some reason you take damage from every angle) the turrets are sooo weak for a brawler. 3rd just because the secondary has better pen why it has the worst accuracy? it has less fire chance and damage than others. 4th I dont have issue with gun velocity or dispersion cause of the recent buff but the shells dont pen anything, other BB can damage you with a properly aimed shot when you are angled but GK cant do that either non pen or ricochet and 5th is which all German BB suffers from it Over pen on almost everything. so bad fuse most of the time it over pens cruiser citedals.
