Can anybody tell me what "Priority sector AA damage" means in the description of the "Expert AA Marksman" skill? Does it improve priority sector reinforcement or it's instantaneous damage? If it's the former, is the bonus additive or multiplicative?

Basically after the client update every time I try to log in I get one of the following errors randomly: 1. Infinite synchronization; 2. Error Connecting Server. Incorrect email address or password; 3. Error Connecting Server. Server temporarily unavailable. Try again later; 4. The game asks me to choose a server and enter my nickname but it says the nickname is not available. Occasionaly after a dozen of restarts it might connect, again seemingly randomly, but I get kicked back to the screen with the big "Connect" button almost every time before and after a battle. The game worked fine before the client update and now it's been several days with those errors. I've been waiting for the server update thinking maybe the issue will go away but it didn't. Tried reinstalling the game, deleting all game file on my PC (including the folder in AppData), checking file intergrity using Steam, rebooting my router etc nothing helps. Nothing changed in my hardware/software/ISP before the issue appeared. Is there any way to fix this? W10, Steam version, Ryzen 5 2600, 16GB RAM, 1Gb/s Ethernet in case it's important.

Atlanta doesn't have smoke. Flint is clearly overpowered. She has 58% winrate and 51k average damage on EU server, much higher than any other T7 cruiser including Belfast.

I'm getting constant disconnects after every battle, infinite synchronization and server connection errors. Are those new features? Didn't see them in the update notes.

Yep, wanted to play a couple of battles, waited for more than an hour for a 2.2GB update to complete and now half of the game's interface isn't working. I guess me playing today wasn't meant to be lol.
