    Its the internet. What do you expect honestly? There were pathetic smucks in the game in 2017 and they will still be there the day the game ends. Its the same as with CVs and subs: You can hate them but they will always be there. Either accept and suck it up or leave.

    Easy there, mister Hyperbole. The game is not "unplayable" by any stretch of the imagination. It gives you plenty of information to effectively play the game. In fact, the vanilla version already provides the average player with more information than they can handle. The average joe who just has discovered mods, be playing the game like this:

    I'd even play it if it had zero rewards as its a gamemode without subs or cvs. Couldnt care less about coal, xp or steel.

    kek. Quite daft coming from you. - You force people to go to a certain point on the map - Some ships will just basically be irrelevant. - Some ships are just downright not playable, because they are such a burden. - Airshipcraftcarrier takes 75% of all positioning choices out of the game - It makes certain ships close to useless. - And if I lost because I picked a wrong ship, I would tilt - It is simply contraproductive and to some extent not fair, because you are not able to mitigate the shortcomings of your ship in this mode well.

    As per design. Old players (like yourself) who've most likely already spent hundreds if not thousands of euro's, leave and new players with big fat wallets enter. The cirle of "F2P" games-life.

    Salem/DM in 2022 is really a "Feast or Famine" ship. It depends heavily on the matchmaker and map if you're able to "play the game". Wrong map? CV? Subs? Lots of overmatch BBs? etc. etc. All negatively influence your ability to play the DM/Salem. In World of Sniperships its easier to play Hindenburg/Nevsky/Zao/etc., that just farm from max range.

    Round 786439628 of subtesting. How many more until they're fully released into the game and we can all be done with it? It's so cringe to see them having no idea how to make them fun and engaging. Cv rework all over again. A bit of tweaking here, and a buff and nerf there.... All whilst the core concept is flawed at best and will never work without creating massive annoyance and epic levels of griefing. I feel like the spectator of a slow train accident. You already can see where it ends, it just happens agonizingly slow.

    With fps games a rotating minimap might be beneficial for some reasons, but in this game it only seems counter productive. It's way easier to paint a picture of the entire battle in your head with a stationairy map. Especially once you are familiar with the maps.

    Thats not the point. The point is that the level of gameplay gets lower each update. Exacerbated by giving these ships to players who should realistically be max tier 3 or 4, busy with learning the basics. It's just not fun for anyone.

    It must be tough being a game designer for wows these days. Corporate managers push you to design subs because they want sales, while you know the players hate them. But if you don't, you'll get sacked. GG.
