GENERAL: -In game chat: instead of chatbanning people sometimes even if the word they use doesn't mean a bad thing, a filter that replace the word with * should be added because no one cares about the "need help" unless you write what you want from your team. This would help competitive like ranked a LOT and would fix the issues that occur in random battles about not being able to call for help. Most games use this method so why would this one still use the chat banning
