Why are carriers and aircraft so different?

Hello, I'm asking this not because I want to bash on carriers but I would like to know why mechanically they are so forgiving. 1) Why can't a carrier player, switch screens so he can navigate his ship while his craft is flying. 2) Why can a carrier launch and receive at the same time, why isn't there a small window when a carrier has to keep it's deck free to receive it's fighter/bomber craft. 3) Why can a carrier launch a set of craft on demand without it having to be loaded and refueled. Even normal surface ships have to reload. Why isn't their a mechanic that a carrier player can choose his next flight wing, so it's ready to go when he bails his current one but has to wait if he picks another one. 4) Why can fighter aircraft spot ships and make them visible to other craft, instead of just marking them on the mini-map. 5) Why isn't their a delay between aircraft spotting a ship and the ship appearing on screen to the surface ships? 6) Why can't a surface ship critically hit aircraft and disabling, detonating them, setting them on fire, same way an aircraft can do those things to a ship. 7) Why don't the lead aircraft take more damage/higher risk of being shot down on their final approach to the target vessel? 8) Why can aircraft fly for so long, yet fighter cover and fighters from ships have such a limited fly time. Why don't they have a long fly time but limited ammunition time. 9) Why can I only drop fighter squadrons on one spot while I am flying instead of being able to designate them areas to patrol/protect so that I can support my team and protect them from enemy strike craft. I enjoy the game tremendously, the ships are gorgeously designed, loads of historical content and ships that got only to blue prints get to sail, the in-game mechanics are easy to learn but hard to master when it comes to surface ships and the rewards are nice. Yet when I play a carrier I feel like I am playing a totally different game, it takes little to no thinking to do well in a carrier damage wise but apart from spotting in an absurd way I don't help the team and I am not punished for my actions if I pick the wrong one. If I want to just rack up dmg numbers then it's fine but it gives me a very little sense of accomplishment when I am basically a greek god choosing which person to make miserable till they sink or I get bored. I feel carriers are one of the most interesting classes yet they are so rudimentary and abusive that it takes all the fun/challenge from it. Thanks for the game and keep up the good work.
