I had exactly the same results as you. Not because anything was rigged, but because of maths. 33 items grant you a probability of close to 100% to complete the collection, while 32 items grant you a probability of under 90%. The less items you collect, the lower the probability to complete the collection.

Each destroyed plane should cost a high amount of credits to replenish. After all, it's not only the ammo that is spent, it's an entire vehicle which is destroyed. 100k credits per plane sounds ok to me.

As surface combat appears to be both out of meta and beyond WG's perception... how good (lol) is her AAA? And her ASW? Abundant planes and subs are pretty good reasons not to invest anything into surface ships anymore.
