I'll try again: The torpedoes keep homing. I know that's not what WG says, but they do.

If a t9 DD can't turn fast enough, how can a Hindenburg?

The torps home. That is the entire point.

I know for a fact that they keep homing, I was dev struck in a almost FHP destroyer - T9 Z - , going at full throttle with SB active and just jammed the rudder the other way around. DamCon or not, the torps turned with me until impact.

How many of the torps you compare with are homing, then? "whining". Do behave.

So everyone who disagrees with you doesn't understand the game, are noobs or gaming bourgouise? You don't need to be like that. WG does that for you. Hint: you can't "ignore" pings, because the torp visibility is so low, torps so fast AND they home in on your initial manouvre so they cannot be dodged, even by most DD's.

You don't seem to understand. The entire concept is off from the start, because the whole attack sequense is out of sync with the counterplay. Ping early, ping late, the timeframe simply doesn't match, because it is tied to DamCon (and don't even ask BB players how they feel about the RU lines and KMS BC lines right now). The entire idea of invisibility - ping - homing torps - DamCon isn't just broken balancing, it simply doesn't work. In terms of gameplay, it is a disaster. In terms of fun, it is an outright showstopper. Read the forums, FFS. Read the YT, Reddits, Twitter.

Another day, another sub experience: In ranked, T6: Got pinged by U-69. - It pings me, I hit damagecontrol. - Less than 15 seconds later it pings me again (I know because I was keeping taps with my own torp reload timer) - It sends out about 4 homing torpedoes, which do NOT cease homing at the odd couple of hundred meters. What genius decided that T6 subs have automatically hitting torpedoes, that can one-shot kill DD's - and which reloads about 4-5 times faster than the Dam Con? This isn't a balance issue. The entire game mechanic for sub torpedoeing and targetting is broken and it complely ruins the experience. Could @yabbacoe please tell someone to test their gameplay?

Oh, that's another headache. On what idiot planet, do you take a tiered game, which takes months to make it to t10 and just give away free T10 ships in a class which is blatantly insufficiently tested?
  10. This begs the (repeated) question: Do the devs play their own game?

    Update 0.10.9 - Personal Challenges

Well, that's messed up with the 510 limit. First I thought you had to buy it. But still. Makes no sense to limit players from playing. Should have just ignored the resets and limits.

Take a deep breath and read your own post.

No. You just made that up, because whatever. Which makes further discussion with you pointless.

Well, they are not 60 seconds. I got new pings every 30 seconds and there was only 1 (one) submarine there. Less than 10 minutes ago. Guided torpedoes today are in fact so non-magical, that there e.g. has never been a recorded, proven sub-on-sub torpedo kill in human military history with guided torpedoes. So yeah. Pure magic.
