i keep reading "based on feedback"... What feedback? Vodka bottle? Random poll in a shopping mall? I dont know of anybody who thinks that submarines are a good idea in random (or who thinks cv´s are balanced, for that matter) but keep reading: "based on feedback". WHAT FEEDBACK? who gives that feedback (so we can tar and feather him/her)

It is asymmetrical. even when helmed by players, the high tier group almost always looses. You can skip T7 ships, there is no benefit using them over T8
