    BB QE anti torpedo bulge

    Why doesn't Queen Elizabeth have long anti-torpedo bulge going from bow to stern like in Warspite but it is stupidly divided and I believe it protects only midship? Look pictures below. Warspite: QE: It doesn't make any sense for me. Balance reasons or something?
