I have been struggling to skill my commanders, I regularly use any available Elite Commander XP and Free XP as well, and have come to the conclusion that packs of the Special Signals should be readily available to players. I have spoken with other members of my Clan and they agree with me that World Of Warships seem to give away ships faster than you can skill the commanders leading to an issue that you seem to work hard but get nowhere. I personally feel that packs of the Special Flags should be sold in the Premium Shop, which would give players the chance to accumulate XP much faster, and at the same time it would create trade for Wargaming. I know some people might feel that this could "break the game" but I think it would give players the chance and choice to skill the commanders that they have and then go down the next Ship Tech Tree

Under my proposal for Special Signals packs to be sold in the Premium Shop you guys seem to think that because packs of the Economic Signals are sold in packs of 300 therefore automatically packs of Special Signals would also contain 300 of each? Why do you assume this? I would propose say 20 of each Special Signal flag and the entire pack would cost say 25 Euros. Quite why you have latched onto the concept that it would immediately be packs of 300 I don't know especially seeing as you can buy the Economic Signals in packs of 300 or packs of 100 . . . . ? My counter argument that you can always purchase Camo Packs in the Premium Shop has not really been addressed in your follow up discussions. Neither has the point that I have made that Elite Ship XP can be converted using Gold into Free XP, this is advertised by WoW in the News Messages ( 1Doubloon will convert 35XP instead of 25XP for the next 7 days etc.) from time to time but it is a very expensive way of going about things, I assume you disagree with this concept and consider it to be "cheating"? If so have you petitioned WoW to get rid of this option? I do agree that using Special Signals for every battle is wrong which is why I personally like to pick one ship per week and play 10 battles using all the Special Signals to make huge progress, but then not play that ship for another month, seems odd but considering I have 55 ships but only one level 19 captain, if you think about it, that way of playing does make sense. If you feel that I should have made far more progress (in 17000 battles?) then please remember this is supposed to be a game to pass the time and enjoy, within reason I would like to play it my way, and yes I will listen to advise as long as people are not going to make playing it too demanding and unenjoyable.

After thinking about it a bit more I have realised that you can use Gold Doubloons to convert Elite Ship XP into Free XP and use this to skill commanders, but realistically you have to buy the Gold Doubloons from the Premium Shop, and I personally am asking myself why buy Gold Doubloons to do this when you could buy a Special Signal pack, in both scenarios that I put forward you end up spending real money but only one of these options is available right now, why not have the choice?

You make a good point but do not forget that you can buy camo packs in the Premium Shop which boost a players ability to earn XP, and if Wargaming are willing to do that then why not Special Signals packs? As for why I raise the issue it is because WoW seem to have a habit at times of dumping promotional ships on players, and when I have spoken with them they have said that they don't know what to do with them, get rid of a good ship that you didn't really need or want or keep it and never use it. . . .?
