During each update on the server the message on the client tells you that it is too old and I need to update it. What is the mechanism to do this? I cannot find any information on the integral help about how this is accomplished. Thanks

It did update automatically in the end. I did try to add a post here stating that but it didn't seem to have arrived. When i first tried to run the game after it was updated it proceeded to the battle preparation team screen then crashed to desktop without any indication why. This happened twice and i was penalised twice for leaving a battle early when the issue was with the game ending / crashing prematurely. The issue highlighted here is the misleading message saying I should update the client when it is done automatically, or indicating (as you have said) that there is an option in the Wargaming.net main screen. It would also be of use if there was an entry in FAQ or pinned in this forum. Thanks for your input.

When logging onto WoWships I get the message that Client needs updating which i understand. Servers were duw back over an hour before ths time i did this and no messages saying otherwise. No mechanism for updating the client however and the 'Help' secion / FAQs do not even cover such an issue. This is the only path linked to the message. I have tried a reinstall from a launcher newly downloaded but nothing has changed. How do i proceed.

I got disconnected while just starting a battle and when i got back on had been penalised for leaving a battle early. Have attempted to contact wargaming via their account but no success. tried Twitter but not had the courtesy of a reply/ Penalty worked away though, but that's not the point.
